Nice and very clean house for your vacation and a comfortable stay. Cozy sitting area with a small pool. A protective screen around the recreation area will keep you from Florida insects))). Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.

POOL AND BACKYARD RULES:
We need to known if you would like to use the heated pool at least 2 days before arrival date. The pool temperature usually is 86f, but when the outside temperature is under 60 degrees the heater can’t work properly and need more time to heat the water and temperature can be lower than 86 degrees.
- When the outside temperature is under 50 degrees the heater work only to keep the water temperature around 81 degrees.
- When the outdoor temperature is below 43 degrees, the heater cannot work.
● Children should ALWAYS be watched by an adult inside and around the pool

● SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, remember the house owner is not responsible for any injuries that occur in the pool area and the house. Be mindful and remember the pool is deep if you have kids.

● The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 6 persons.
Only guests listed and registered on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors or unregistered guests are allowed at any time.
If more than 6 persons are found on the property, or if unregistered guests stay overnight, an additional charge of $100 per extra person per night will apply.
Violation of the maximum occupancy or visitor policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
