Esta cabaña de playa se encuentra en Rookery, que está completamente amueblada en un estilo moderno, decorada con cuidado y le encanta estar limpia y fresca cuando llegue. Snowbirds bienvenida. Situado enfrente de la playa, que es 0. 4 millas de la playa.

El complejo tiene dos piscinas: una pequeña piscina justo fuera de su puerta y una enorme piscina con una zona poco profunda extendida y un jacuzzi al aire libre. Se encuentra en la milla 6, que es de 16 millas por Fort Morgan Road desde las costas del Golfo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, lavavajillas y máquina de hielo. Esta unidad también incluye una lavadora y secadora de ropa.

We love the rookery!

We love the location. The house was nice. We stay at the Rookery every year. This house was nice but had many ( atleast 8) signs all over saying what not to do which was pretty over the top. We have never seen anything like it in all the years and trips over the years.

Perfect location

The cottage is the perfect size for our family. We love the privacy with the proximity to the beach. We loved seeing the turtles and small gator in the pond. We can’t wait to stay again.

Great quiet getaway

We love the area of this property and weren’t disappointed. We enjoyed the nearby pool and were able to relax and have fun.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this place. Only thing I noticed that was inaccurate was the claimed 7 minute walk to the beach. Unless your Usain Bolt and can also pole vault over a marsh it is not accurate. I would say a 20 minute walk is more accurate.

Perfectly Cozy

We stayed with family in this cute home. Very roomy and comfortable. Clean and peaceful. I would recommend this place for a family. Close to beach access and a few minutes away from a national park and a small fishing pier.

Short Getaway

Very nice, cozy, easy access. Very clean. Difficult to see out windows due to hurricane shutters. Wonderful screened in porch. One mattress very comfortable, while the other was definitely not. Stove needs to be updated, burners in level and uneven heat. Spacious bathrooms and easy access laundry in the house.

Good place in Fort Morgan

Nice cozy house, slept my family easily and was clean. The little pool next to the house was a bonus for my little ones when we had some time to kill. Only downsides were just 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a multiple day stay, and then having to check in and out at the office 30 minutes from the house. Overall was a great stay and would recommend.

Feels like home

The property was very clean and it felt like I was at home. It had all of the amenities of being at home. I would highly recommend this property. I suggest bringing flying insect spray for the midges which are in the Ft. Morgan area. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location and within walking distance to the beach. House was very clean and quiet. Only negative was it would have been helpful to have some instructions about internet and running the direct TV.

Best Location

We arrived in Gulf Shores after check-in but with a quick call to the office everything was arranged for us to easily and quickly grab our keys and head to the house. The home is a 20 or so minute drive down Fort Morgan peninsula which isn’t too bad considering the views and many places to stop and explore. The house itself was just as described. Our family has to prepare every so having a Walmart in Gulf Shores (just before you head down the peninsula) was such a blessing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The screened-in porch was in constant use. Don’t forget to pack some bug spray with the sunscreen. A few times when the wind died down the biting gnats came out and the two Dollar Generals in the way to the house were naturally fresh out of bug spray. We loved that we had the small pool to ourselves and a beautiful pond right by the residence that is full of wildlife. We had the best week because house was just what we needed.

Fun, relaxing time

Everything was very clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the porch. It was a bit of a hike to the large pool, which was kind of a bummer, and the tennis courts had been dismantled by last year’s hurricane, but those were our only disappointments. The small pool was right by the condo, so that was nice. Our kids are bigger (12 & 15), but they enjoyed the small pool, too. We had it mostly to ourselves. It was a really, really good time. Highly recommend!

Lovely location, lousy management and lousy cleaning

Great location and cottage. Great local beaches (not walkable) and towns. Management company never relied to my emails or returned phone calls. Ridiculous check-in between 4-5pm only. Didn’t bother to inform us the large pool was drained and not allowed access to spa. Cleanliness was bare bones. Badly needs dusting and deep cleaning. Listing noted COVID measures included quilts cleaned but in house, not allowed to use quilts and closet had filthy blankets. NOT stocked with basics, only one towel per person, bring your own laundry soap, hand soap, TP, pantry items, didn’t even have salt pepper. We traveled across four states and had buy basics including antibacterial hand soap during time of pandemic. Lack of attention to cleanliness, esp. in current situation, really bothered me. Needed maintenance like bathroom fan broken, bed post broken, small pool key sticks and had to jump fence to get out.

Great stay

The property met our expectations. The close pool was fun to have. The property was clean. The close beach was a bit crowded. We found a great beach close to Fort Morgan. I would come again.

Trash compactor doesn't work, had several light bulbs blown one of the bathroom vents didnt work

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and roomy. It just needed some small repairs that needed to be fixed.

Social Distancing

The house is exactly as described, peacefully neighborhood, very close to multiple beaches, and the ferry to Dauphin Island. Highly recommend for anyone that enjoys quiet evenings/mornings and a short drive to restaurants/attractions.

Great quiet beach property

Duplex was everything shown in pictures. Enjoyed the stay. Place was very accommodating! No Communication was received on check in process. I had to contact realty office myself and ask how to get in property on the day I arrived. I was supposed to receive emails with info but never received any.

A change of pace

We come down every year and usually stay on the strip in a condo this year we wanted to try something different different scenery so we booked our stay at the rooker and we very much enjoyed our stay it’s was peaceful and not all the crazy traffic and people looking forward to our next trip down

Great Value! Very pleased with this property. Very clean and accomodating for our family. Awesome!

Amazing Value! This property is wonderful. It was very clean and inviting. The weather was beautiful while we were in Gulf Shores. We can't wait to return to this exact unit. You can hear the waves and see the amazing stars at night. It was very convenient to the beach and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. This cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably. It is furnished beyond anyone's needs. There is a pool right beside the unit and a larger zero entry pool with restrooms and sundeck near the tennis courts. The owner installed a charcoal grill right beside this cottage that is very convenient! The complex is in a nature preserve so it's naturally beautiful. The Gulf Shores area is a wonderful place to visit. I highly recommend you stay at this lovely property if you can book it in time. I would love to come and stay months in the Winter if I could get away for that long. There are restaurants locted very close as well as stores for your dining and beach needs. There is also a full service spa at a public resort located close to the property. You will love this property! We surely did. White Shores Realty(rental management company) was very hospitable and a pleasure!. They suggested this property for us and they hit the nail on the head. We can't wait to come back!

Great Place to relax.

This unit was wonderful for our large family. It in the most relaxing setting. If you are looking for a place to unwind and get away, this is it. We could not get over the cute unit, and loved how large it was compared to a condo. The decor was great and we loved the wood floors. The condo also has a great big pool and my daughter and son loved the tennis courts. We cant wait till next year. Thanks for all your help we loved our stay!
