The Rookery III is near Fort Morgan and a small community of single cottages that is nestled at the edge of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Preserve and across the street from the beach (beach is approximately 0.4 miles).

Just 15 to 20 minutes from Hwy. 59, in Gulf Shores, The Rookery captures the perfect blend of nature and close to fishing, kayaking, 2 highly acclaimed golf courses, and the Fort Morgan Ferry. The unit is professionally cleaned and has a primary bedroom with a King-size bed, 1 bedrooms with queen-size bunk beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 tv's with Ruko to stream your favorite shows.

Parking passes (guest registration certificates) are required to be displayed on all vehicles and trailers (not required on golf carts). Two parking passes are provided with each reservation. Additional passes are available at $100 each if purchased at least one week prior to arrival.

All on one level, there is easy access to the cottage with convenient parking. The outdoor porch area is screened with table, 4 chairs, , 1 ceiling fan.

The beach is across the street, 0.4 miles from The Rookery. Walk to the beach, take your golf cart or take your car and park near the beach for easy access.

THE ROOKERY COMMUNITY: The Rookery was designed to be a natural and quiet resort and is located adjacent to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. This is a wonderful place for kids to play and swim. This unit is walking distance to the first community pool and the second pool has a covered area and a large poolside bathroom inside the clubhouse. There are three public beach accesses nearby. The nearest public beach access is a down Cortez Street (approximately .4 miles).
