Seas The Day! Located only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Cape Charles. This spacious, one level house, sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 full bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms on 1 full acre. Enjoy a handcrafted meal from the full eat in kitchen, which has a large center island, dining table, gas stove, full-size refrigerator, and freezer with ice maker. The property also contains a brand new, covered outdoor shower. Garage not accessible. Pets are welcome and the lot provides plenty of outdoor activity space following a wonderful beach day. There is a kid's room upstairs, which has two full size beds and one twin bed. Don't forget to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the covered front porch and spacious back deck. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! House was very well stocked with thoughtful additions like outlet extenders by the bed for easy charging and a basket of extra beach towels. Kitchen / dining area was small for a large group, but plenty of comfortable bedrooms with multiple dressers and two full baths with plenty of hot water! Would definitely stay again!

Everything you could ask for in a place to stay. Easy to get to and close to the boat ramps. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. This property worked great for us.

Perfect home base for Cape Charles

Our crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was close enough to the beach and downtown area to make 2-3 trips per day feel easy. The house was updated, well appointed and very comfortable for our crew. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the shower was heavenly.

Fantastic Place

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Lots of beds and space. The outdoor shower was incredible! Close to the beach but far enough to still have privacy. We enjoyed the charcoal grill as well! The host was responsive and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Quiet, roomy, thoughtful touches, well equipped kitchen, great deck, extremely easy to the beach and grocery store, very comfortable space. Highly recommend. Note for others: the house is a little tough to spot and easy to overshoot the turn in. If you get to 4410, you have gone just a little too far.

Awesome house in a great location! Such a lovely private spot with gorgeous views- a great place to unwind. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was modern and equipped. The outside shower was perfect for after beach cleanup. We were looking for a place close to a boat launch and found the Oyster boat launch only a few miles away, about five minutes and the Wise Point boat ramp only 18 minutes away. The close proximity to the local beaches and restaurants was also a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A lovely home!

We had a great time staying at the home for an extended weekend. The house is very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient to the Cape Charles beach, the wildlife refuge and the KP State park. We went fishing, paddle-boarding and horseback riding, so much fun. Highly recommend.

Great home in Cheriton/Cape Charles

This home is very lovely. Plenty of room for my family and pups. The property was a nice size and only 10 minutes from the beach. The homeowner was very quick on responding to me and he checked a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

A Little Peace of Home

Last minute trip for a family funeral. This was a wonderful addition to my stay on the Eastern Shore because I was close to my church, family and friends but the property was everything a vacation should be! Excellent Home and yard space! A place of peace and serenity! Beautiful Home and Attentive Property Manager! Loved our time!

extremely close to Cape Charles

Even though we were there off-season for a wedding, this VRBO is super close to the beach. Also close is a grocery store. Only possible issue is a super squeaky floor in master bedroom could disturb a light sleeper or a baby. Kitchen is masterfully stocked, great deck, quiet neighborhood, awesome water pressure (although you may prefer bottled water due to the minerals). You'll need to bring your own shampoo as well. It was perfect for our needs and super cute!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this house!!! The house was very nicely renovated, and everything is new. Decor is tasteful and the property owner thought of everything one might need during a stay. The kitchen is totally stocked, extra linens were easily accessible. This is by far the best rental we've experienced. We enjoyed the privacy on the property and found sitting out in the front yard to be extremely relaxing watching the birds and enjoying the breeze. Super pet friendly so we were able to enjoy this getaway with our baby. Decks on the front and back of the house allowed us to change up our views. We loved the windchime on the front deck! Extremely close to the (free) beach and grocery stores and eateries. We can't think of anything that would have made our getaway better at this property. We would 100% stay again. Owner is super responsive to communication but we had no problems!
