Dandelion Inn has been a favorite place to stay for baseball families over the years. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms and 2 full kitchens, the house has plenty of room for large groups and less that a mile to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The main level of the house offers ample living space, including a large eat-in kitchen, dining room with a table for up to 12, living room with widescreen 65" TV, laundry room and a full bathroom. The second-floor features 5 bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with 2 double beds, 4 bathrooms along with an additional living room, dining area and full kitchen in the apartment portion of the house. This unique layout allows you the option to separate part of the house. The back apartment has a full living room and kitchen with a private entrance on the back of the house. If wanted one or two bedrooms and bathrooms can be locked/blocked off from the rest of the house. This works great for large families, teams or groups traveling together but yet still want some separation or just a lot of space! The property is rented only as a whole never rented separately.
Household amenities include A/C, wireless high-speed internet, and TV’s in bedrooms. Outside amenities include a large yard for activities such as wiffleball and cornhole! Guests can enjoy bbq on the gas grill, seating area with picnic table, and a campfire pit. For those playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park you will have everything you need within a short distance. The house is less than one mile from the park and one block away from the grocery store, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and more.
