Bienvenido a remodelada y amplias Torres Shoreline 1111. Esta unidad frontal del Golfo se ubica en el undécimo piso de la Torre Uno y cuenta con inigualables vistas al amanecer y al atardecer. La zona de estar cuenta con nuevos muebles y cortinas solares para maximizar las vistas panorámicas. La sala tiene un reproductor de 55 "pantalla plana y DVD para su visualización disfrute. cocina abierta recientemente actualizado tiene contadores de cuarzo blanco y los nuevos aparatos. El diseño de la cocina le permite disfrutar de las vistas ya sea que en la cocina preparando el desayuno o la acción preparando la cena. Ambos baños tienen encimeras de granito nuevo, tocadores altura de la comodidad y bañeras completas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King y cortinas opacas a dormir agradable. Una cama doble en el primer dormitorio de invitados con dos camas dobles en el segundo de los huéspedes. Great location. Great beach. Beware of this condo. When we arrived, the air conditioner in the bedrooms was 76 degrees and never got below 75 while the front unit performed wonderfully at 67. We called the office. They immediately responded. Paige is great. The maintenence guy confirmed the unit had a broken part and would need to be ordered. During our week long stay, there was no offer to rectify the situation. I asked for a discount and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. The discount was not provided until I hounded the office again. Then they supplied a discount of about 5%. What a disrespectful attempt to resolve the issue. When I attempted to resolve, they basically ghosted me via email. A deep dive on the reviews shows thus has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. So they are knowingly defrauding their customers. Beware. If you like sleeping in 76 degree temps, its a decent place. Run down but decent. If you need cooler temps to sleep, find a different condo.

Beautiful View

The location was great. You could see the ocean from different views with all the windows. Elevators didnt have a wait. The only negative thing i can say is the bedrooms didnt get as cool as the other parts of the house. We just put a fan in the hall. It was comfortable for my husband but i like it cold when i sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo. Perfect views of the Gulf. The kitchen was stocked for the most part with everything you would need to cook. Bathrooms were very clean. The mattresses were a little firm for my taste, but over all not bad. The only two complaints I really have are small. One, the place desperately needs a new broom! One was broken and the other was so flimsy it was hard to sweep anything up with it. And second, the washer. Maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time getting it to go through the cycles like it should. It would get "stuck" in a part of the wash cycle and you would have to go back and hit the start button to get it to finish the wash. It wasn't a deal breaker for us on renting this condo again,just an inconvenience.

Right on the beach.

Loved this rental location and being right on the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect and we were centrally located and right across the street from a Target (this is always a perk to our family). We enjoyed our stay and the staff was always available to answer any questions (except Sundays). We give this 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

You're high up in the tower to see East/West. I must say beds were very comfortable coming from a tempurpedic sleeper. The kitchen even had strainers. Had all the kitchen utensils and nice pans. Don't use metal in pans, they have nice ones. Enough said. Great place to stay. Did I mention 2 chaises on beach come with unit?

Our stay condo 1111 August 19 thru August 26, 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay in this condo. The gulf view to the east and west is great. Condo was clean and nice. We had a wonderful week and beach wasn't crowded like it is in July. Very peaceful for the 7 of us. Tower 1 re-model is practically finished. As always I want to thank Sharon in the checkin office as she is great and Security had our paperwork ready upon arrival. This condo now has a coded door, so you don't have to worry about losing keys. We will return to Shoreline Towers in Destin.

A little slice of heaven

The overall experience was great but we had a little bug problem come up that we were not happy about and the security guard was rude which we have never encountered before. Also the bed was broken and we had to have the frame removed and put the box springs and bed on floor.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have visited Shoreline Towers for 20 yrs and have always been very satisfied. After my stay in 1111 I have considered staying somewhere else next year. It was by far the worst condo ever. It had cockroaches. Beds were broken, bathroom was awful, drawers missing, kitchen appliances horrible. It was awful. I would avoid renting 1111 at all cost. It was our worst stay in 20 yrs.

The construction going on didn’t bother us at all. However, I would recommend the owners bring in pest control as the building entrance was completely open due to construction, there were cockroaches around the elevators and we found 2 in our room. Not the unit owners fault but just something I needed to mention. The air conditioner stopped working the last night we were there and we aren’t sure if it was a fluke or if something was broken. Overall it was a fantastic week and we loved the unit. I’m sure our next visit will be even better.

Bathroom shower door was broken and a safety issue, sliding door to balcony lock was broke, and all baseboards needed painted. Unit has nice couch’s and beds. Bar stools very old and rusty and rug under coffee table needs replaced. Overall a decent unit but needs some TLC.

Beautiful But.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit #1111 was beautiful. When we walked in the view was breathtaking. Many mornings I sat on the balcony and watch dolphins, rays, etc. It was so much fun. I even had a pelican fly right by our balcony with a good size fish in it talons. The location is outstanding. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants and attractions nearby.The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Now for the cons: slow drains in the bathrooms (which was reported and supposedly fixed but we didn't see any improvement). The air wasn't working very well in the bedrooms (reported and fixed). Then there was the matter of huge roaches! They chose to hide until the day before we were to check out. We killed and bagged the BIG pests. Upon checking out I handed the keys to the lady at the front desk and she told me that's all she needed. I said no its not and tried to had her the ziplock with the dead pest in it. She moved back and said I don't want that (well guess what...I didn't either). I asked her to at least throw the bag away and advised that they needed to do something about the bugs in the unit as they were literally coming out from everywhere. She didn't even offer an apology on behalf of Shoreline Towers. My granddaughter went to get something out of a drawer in the bathroom...guess what greeted her....ROACH!!!All in all the unit is beautiful and we'd probably rent it again except now we know what is hiding everywhere.
