Beautiful, clean and perfectly located!!

We come to Destin at least once a year and I have to say this by far was the best condo we have stayed in. Very clean and modern!! It's a 2 min walk to the beach or just about any restaurant you could want!! We most definitely will return!

Awesome condo and owner communication

View from balcony was great. Awesome accommodations. The only problem we had with stay is if you don’t rent a umbrella from the resort your screwed trying to use your own to wach your grand kids in the water. The “private beach” part was our only complaint.

Mike, thanks for your feedback. We understand how not being able to use your own umbrella at the beachfront chairs can be frustrating. We experienced this ourselves when we first started vacationing there. And although we can use our own umbrellas if we stay farther back on the sand, we’ve found it more enjoyable and relaxing to just rent umbrellas on the front row I even included their information with your welcome instructions – eliminating the hassle of carrying, anchoring, setting up and disassembling the umbrellas. Perfect rental

This property was exceptionally clean. It is a very easy, quick walk to the beach, close to grocery stores, target, restaurants, surf shops, and go kart and putt putt. Communication with Evie was easy and she followed through with every single thing she said! If your looking for a perfect vacation rental.. this is the one! I hope we can visit again soon!

Softball Nationals / Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at the Terrace and our first time in Destin. Our condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were the perfect set up. The condo was clean on arrival and the check in was smooth. We had a great view of everything. The beach was just a short walk from our place and the pool was one of our favorite places to be. It was an easy drive to the ball park for games and an easy drive or walk to lots of great places in the area for food & shopping. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Terrific location and excellent views

This is a great three-bedroom condo near the beach in Destin. The deck provides 270 degree views of the ocean, which is great for the sunrise or sunset, or both, depending on whether you’re a morning or evening person. There are a number of restaurant options within walking distance and the beach is also a very short walk. The first time check in requires you to go to the larger building on property where you get parking passes and wrist bands to use for the stay, giving you access to pools and beach, etc. Chad and Evie were great hosts, and provided some excellent dining recommendations. This is a great unit to rent.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was lovely. It had plenty of room for my family including three grandchildren. We loved the view and wraparound deck. Very pretty sunsets and sunrises too. The Terrace building is set back a bit from the gulf, but easy access to the beach. The kids loved the Terrace building pool. It was lovely, heated, and the used it morning, afternoon, and evening. The only drawback to the property is beach access. All the surrounding properties are segregated as private property and a lot of people stay at the Pelican Resort. But the beautiful sand and the lovely water do make up for it, especially if you just want to play in the water and the sand. But the beach setup for rental, or private setup is less than ideal.

Beautiful condo. The master bed slept great! Tv And door was a little hard to work. Proximity to beach is HORRIBLE! I’m used to staying on the beach though. You can see it which is a plus. But don’t plan on making a trip back to the room if you need anything. When you come up from the beach, nowhere to wash off. There wasn’t a service driving either. (As I was told) But the condo was nice if you plan on staying in it the whole time. The pool as nice too 😊

Destin condo

The condo was great and the perfect fit for the 6 of us. We did have a night that the guests staying directly below us were very loud but security took care of it. Also it would be nice if the facility upgraded their grills. There were only 3 and one completely didn’t work, the second only one side worked and the third didn’t have buttons and only one side worked and it was full blast. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Location

The property is very close to shopping, dining and the bridge to get back and forth to Ft Walton. We were there for a baseball tournament and had games all week, so we didn't spend much time at the resort. The time we did spend was very quiet, friendly staff and clean. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed including cards and board games that we enjoyed. The beds are comfortable and the host answered all my questions very promptly. This is a nice condo and we would stay there again.

Pelican Beach Resort was great. Convenient to Restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Renting the Terrace was so easy. The owner of the unit could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She was readily available to assist in any way needed. The unit is beautifully furnished snd even though not directly on the beach it was a short walk with a shuttle available if needed. Our family would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful trip to Destin, Florida - this property was accurately described and included everything we could have needed. Our unit has everything you will need or want during your next trip to the beautiful beaches of Destin – amazing views, extraordinary location, new appliances, new HD TVs and surround sound, new furniture, etc. We hope you enjoy are piece of heaven as much as we do!

The unit is among the nicest condos you will find at Terrace. From the new brick-style tile throughout, crown molding throughout the unit, new stainless appliances, and outstanding gulf views, you will not find a nicer 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo in the Destin area. The location is perfect -- it is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and best of all, the sugar sands of Destin! What a treat to walk back from Destin Beach and into such a modern and comfortable condo -- plenty of space to unwind, or catch a movie on the 55' HDTV with 5.1 home theater surround sound. All rooms include new furniture and linens. It is not your typical rental condo!!
