Welcome to our chalet home! Enjoy cozy winter evenings by the living room wood fire or summer family time outside at the fire pit. During the daytime, enjoy long walks in our private community and take advantage of the private ski and snow tube hill, golf course, arts center, pool, lakefront beach and clubhouse.

Lake Ariel, Lake Wallenpaupack and the nearby town of Hawley offer wonderful restaurants, breweries, spas, boutique shops, boating, fishing, and other fun family activities.

Perfect ski weekend

We had a great time - the home was clean and cozy with an awesome fireplace. They had everything we needed and more. We went to introduce our kids to skiing and the whole experience was great, especially the excellent ski instructors. Looking forward to visiting again!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family gathered here for a week long getaway. It was a perfect place to relax by the fire or watch movies on the sectional. There was plenty of room to let everyone have thier own space and not feel crowded. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to enjoy all the property amenities the community has to offer!

Nice place with lots of extras!

Despite a rainy week, there was plenty to keep us occupied at the house from games to books to cooking thanks to the well-stocked kitchen. Host was great in responding when I had a minor problem. Highly recommend if you go to this area.

Amazing.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8... I've been staying in the Hide out for years and this house was extremely well equipped with everything you could think of! We usually bring our own food ... but always need to run to the store for small thing seasonings, oil little things that you usually don't think of ... this house has it all which made our stay so much better that we didn't have to constantly run out! The host was very responsive ! The house was centrally located to all of the activities in the community.... ski hill, pool, beaches, and even the garbage dump .... The house it self was extremely clean and organized ...I cannot wait to stay again ... we are looking for a house to come back to consistently and I think we found it!!! We cannot wai to book our next trip!!

The Perfect Getaway Spot

We (a Philadelphia couple/Busy business owners) chose the chalet for our weekend get away and boy did we return home feeling rested and restored. The home was comfortable, charming and cozy. Our bed was just as good as our mattress at home and that's saying something! By the fire place was the perfect spot to spend hours relaxing, reading and sipping wine. There was plenty of firewood to be had too. The entire place has top notch basic amenities. We were also wowed by the access to the communities amenities; such as a pool in the summer and tubing in the winter. There's so much more, but that's just a start. If we had a question, Mike was very accessible. We even loved just the thought in the decor and style - cute cafe lights in the common area and fun post modern furniture. The layout of the house is ideal for time away with friends and family. Right outside of the community is a great pub with good pizza and live bands every weekend. Being foodies we enjoyed the restaurant recommendations made by Mike. We found some hikes not to far away and over all just enjoyed a time of quiet reflection in a comfortable and spacious spot. Anyone who has the the opportunity to land a booking this special spot can count themselves fortunate.

We had a great stay, the home was lovely, comfortable and very clean. it had everything we needed for our stay, utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc....we would love to come back again!
