The bedrooms, set on different levels, are furnished with premium beds, adorned with plush linens and duvets, every night promises restful sleep. - You'll get one city-issued street parking permit for the designated zone. Keep in mind that parking is first-come, first-served and can be difficult to find sometimes. Only one guest permit is granted by the city so additional permits aren’t available.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- This townhome has multiple stories and is not wheelchair friendly. Please see above for the floor-by-floor layout.



*** Fees & Pricing ***

- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.

- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

- NO digital piracy

- NO shoes in the home.
