This beach charmer is all about relaxation. Spend tranquil evenings watching an entertaining show or movie on the TV with cable, reading your favorite novels, or enjoying a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool under the condo. When you are not trying the area's wonderful restaurants, you can always surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the major appliances, even a stacked washer/dryer that will make your stay even more convenient. The main floor houses two bedrooms, one of them being the primary suite with a TV and an en suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the loft, which features two beds, a table and two chairs, and a TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
