1900 Ninety Eight 802 is located on the eighth floor, meaning you will be greeted with elevated, panoramic coastal views as soon as you step into the open great room. Two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows ensure you will never miss a beach sunrise or sunset during your stay. The interior is sleek and modern, while ample natural light adds a warm and laidback ambiance. The sunlit living room features two white sofas and two armchairs seated around a wood-topped coffee table. This casual setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a stylish credenza. It’s the perfect place to enjoy drinks and conversation with your fellow vacationers. Tile floors extend into the dining area, which is nestled in a corner with windows on each side. A glass-topped dining table and ten slipcovered chairs sit atop a dove-gray rug beneath an elegant chandelier. The space flows seamlessly into the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, which boasts a mix of white and latte-toned cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (including double ovens), and an extended kitchen island with bonus seating. From this open great room, you can access a Gulf-front balcony with a transparent railing for optimal views. The balcony is comfortably furnished with a cozy couch, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill.

Each of the bedrooms is well-appointed and equally as tasteful as the main living areas. The primary suite features a king-size bed with a sandy-colored tufted headboard, two twin futons that double as plush reading chairs, a panel of windows overlooking the waves, and a flatscreen TV. Its dreamy ensuite bath has a huge soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. In addition, there is a window looking into the bedroom, so you can enjoy the beach views from the bath as well! And that’s not all—you can also access the balcony from the bedroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, neutral furnishings, sunny windows, and a TV. The other guest bedroom includes two queen-size beds, a TV, and access to a full bath with a glass-walled walk-in shower. Finally, there is a spacious, in-unit laundry room for your convenience.

When it comes to amenities, 1900 Ninety Eight has got you covered! The rooftop pool is a favorite for our guests—because there’s nothing better than a freshwater swim while enjoying unobstructed views of the tropical landscape. Because of its convenient location, guests are less than a one-minute walk to the beach, where you will receive free seasonal beach service.
