Hello, The oven issue was reported shortly before your check-in. As it is a custom oven, we had to have it serviced by a specific company that can’t come on a days notice. Since your reservation, I can confirm that it has been fixed and is now fully operational. Similarly, the patio leaves cleaned prior to your arrival. While we do clean it before your check-in, we do not provide daily patio servicing during inclement weather. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It was very windy that evening. Regarding the pool, as you mentioned, we offer cleaning services prior to check-in. However, due to local rainy or windy weather, debris was blown in overnight. We provided you with a net to use for the leaves. Unfortunately, we cannot send a service company every day for leaf removal. The hot tub stairs are detached and were moved on the grass, I’m not exactly sure how they got there but since then we have moved them back into the hot tub. We also honour all reservations made through this platform and have never canceled on a guest, despite the property being for sale. Our open dates are specifically reserved for dates we are able to book and host guests. Our closing dates will always be after all our reservations are complete and I have a perfect record of zero cancellations on guest and take pride in that. We understand guests vacations are planned ahead of time and would never cancel on a guest on a confirmed reservation. To any future guests looking to book our home please understand this review was a one off and unfortunately we were not able to fix an oven given short notice but has now been fixed. As you can see from all the other reviews overall guests stays have been positive and this is not representative of our property.
