There are strict cleaning procedures in place so you can relax and have fun in a clean environment.

There is free parking at the house for a maximum of 4 cars.

We have 2 paddleboards that you can use. Life jackets are provided and MUST be worn to use the paddleboards; there have been several drowning cases in Cultus Lake and we don't want you to be one of them.

No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbours or the Cultus Lake park security is called, you will be immediately removed from the house without refund.

No pets.

No smoking/vaping or any drugs.

This home is beautiful and well set up for a larger group. Michael is responsive to questions which is greatly appreciated. The location is beautiful and the lake is across the street from the house. The community is very walkable but you will drive to amenities. Make sure to bring supplies for cooking if you are planning on utilizing the beautiful kitchen. The unit was also very clean. There was a glitch with receiving check-in instructions from VRBO this time that caused stress, but this was a first.

Rooms were spacious and plenty We each had our own room which was nice. Gas fireplace was lovely and cozy for our very rainy and cold stay . Loved the hot tub as well but stairs going up to the roof were quite slippery and extra caution had to be taken

We were a group of 7 women staying for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic and the view from the property was absolutely beautiful. The rooftop patio was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The manager was very accommodating, we accidentally left something behind and he kindly made arrangements for us to retrieve it, which we really appreciated.That said, while the place itself is beautiful, it didn’t live up to the “luxury” label in the listing, especially given the price point. The cleanliness was moderate, with some details overlooked. There were not enough towels in the bathrooms, and the space lacked the extra comforts or thoughtful touches you’d expect from a luxury rental. Aside from the view, there wasn’t much that felt premium.Overall, we had a good time, but if you're booking based on the expectation of a luxury experience, you might be disappointed.

Fantastic location, rooftop hottub

Michael was timely with communication and the house was spacious and clean. Good for a group of 10 and the BBQ and rooftop hot tub worked well.

Beautiful Modern Rental

This house is modern and beautifully decorated. It is very clean and well outfitted for a large family/team to stay. The lake is one lane away. There is a path to walk/run along the lake. Roof top hot tube is relaxing and has a wonderful view. If you are planning on cooking, bring all your spices and ingredients with you, including coffee, tea and beverages.

Lovely family vacation

Great accommodation

Place looks amazing, great location, lots of space Dishes were a good selection however wine glasses and larger frying pan would be nice , and more body soap in the other bathrooms , the blinds did not work also . We had a very comfortable stay thanks for a nice stay

Cultus lake beauty

We came with a few friends for sturgeon fishing in May 2024. We had a fabulous time in Cultus Lake at Michael’s place. The place was extremely clean and had lots of bedrooms to accommodate. We BBQ’d steaks and enjoyed the view from all the decks facing the water. The rooftop patio was unbelievable with the outdoor furniture and hot tub. I would highly recommend this place for a family, shared family, or friends getting together on a beautiful lake and community.

Family celebration

This home is as advertised. It is a 5 star property located in beautiful Cultus Lake. We celebrated a milestone birthday with family members (6 adults and two grandchildren) and were very comfortable with all aspects of this property. The host was very accessible and accommodating. Definitely recommend

Perfect stay at Cultus Lake

We had the perfect weekend at Cultus Lake … the house and host Michael were awesome!! The house speaks for itself in being perfectly appointed and steps to the lake, park, attractions and food :) Michael is an incredible host … clear and responsive communication, and super helpful. We’ll be back most definitely!!
