Relax with the whole family at this peaceful duplex ski chalet. Enjoy the adventure and beauty of the UP in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that features an ensuite sauna and wood burning fireplace or share a meal on the back deck with views of the Powderhorn Ski Hill. Located only a short distance from the Copper Peak Ski Jump, the Black River waterfalls and harbor, this home is the perfect basecamp for your UP adventures!



The Space:

The Cabin in the Woods is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a duplex building. The second unit is reserved for the property owners use. The main floor has all 3 of the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and the ensuite electric sauna. The second floor has the living room, dining room, newly updated kitchen and the second full bathroom, as well as access to the back deck.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to Unit #1 of Cabin in the Woods. The hot tub on the back deck is not functional and not included with the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Cabin in the Woods is located in the Powderhorn Ski Village next to the Powderhorn Ski Resort.



Other Things to Note:

Please note **** the only access to the second story is via a spiral staircase.



There is a camera on the front of the house facing the property sign. There are snow markers on the back side of the sign and the camera is to monitor the snowfall.

The Cabin in the Woods is not a pet-friendly property. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as immediate termination of the remainder of the stay.
