Great location - Only a 5 -10 minute walk to downtown Estes Park. Panoramic views of Lake Estes, Stanley Hotel, Lumpy Ridge, and Twin Owls from the private patio. Enjoy watching deer and elk pass as they pass through on their way to Lake Estes. Quiet neighborhood, the home sits on a spacious private acre lot.
Enjoy summer evenings on the patio around the fire pit after a meal cooked on the outdoor grill.
King bed/TV in main bedroom, additional bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into king bed upon request. Sofa can be converted into queen bed. Living room has electric fireplace and large screen TV. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove top. Pots and pans and basic cooking ingredients. Washer/Dryer with soaps provided.
Owners may be living on the upper level and will respect your privacy.
They will not have access to your space during your stay.
There is a private entry and no shared space with the owners. No garage access. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in the lower level of homeowner’s home with complete privacy and separate entrance.

The host, Leah, got us all of the information we needed ahead of the stay to quickly access the property. Once inside, the condo was very clean and matched the photos on the site. The location was great, still in town but with a bit of woodsy feel and wildlife! The checkout process was simple, too. Will definitely stay again!

Previous reviews on this rental were spot on. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she gave great recommendations for hikes inside and out of the park. It is a beautiful place which accommodated our group of 4 adults very well. We really appreciated the available coffee, pantry of extras, and shower toiletries. We did have elk right outside the windows one morning and saw more on a walk to the lake and gold course which are very close. I already have this place in mind for a fun girl's trip! Thanks to the manager and hosts!

Very clean property that is a perfect location for RMNP and Estes Park. The host was very communicative and made the check in and out process great. The house has great amenities and views. Looking forward to returning soon!

The vrbo was the perfect size,, beautiful location . We heard elk bugeling every night. It was clean and very accomodating. Well stocked, lots of cookware. The host ensure guests had room for their personal items. They stayed on prooerty so it was easy to get questions answered. We had a lovely time.

We stayed with Richard and Liz for 5 nights and it was the best vacation we have ever had! They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an awesome place to stay. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for four adults. We were there in mid September and there were elk in the yard of and on the whole week! We even saw a bear! I can't wait to book this one again next year! 10 stars :)

We loved the location, cleanliness, welcoming hosts, privacy, and amenities. It had everything we needed for a getaway with our 10mo old. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect place and everything was great! We came for Rooftop Rodeo and this location is very close to the rodeo. Plenty of room four adults and 2 under 5 children to stay. The owners Dick and Liz are great and very helpful in giving us tips on things to do. We are planning on staying here any on our next trip to Estes Park and will look forward to it.

Great all around!

Great location and great hosts! The listing was exactly what we got. You can tell the hosts travel and use VRBO because the house had everything we needed for our stay including condiments, coffee, grocery bags, a small cooler, and even small day packs and trekking poles to use! We saw Elk and their calves directly outside our door! Dick, one of the owners who lives on the top floor was extremely nice and easy to talk to but also let you do your thing and just wanted to make sure we were having a good time! The stay also included two passes for the mountain coaster which was super fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Estes Location for a family

Location is a basement suite that housed my family of five for a couple days. Very clean and nice inside. Full size washer and dryer were nice. Nice patio area to sit in the evening. The elk with their calfs were in the back yard a couple days. Really cool! Real close to the downtown area, yet in a neighborhood so it was quiet. Only 5 min drive to RMNP entrance . Host was very nice to talk to and always readily available.

RMNP Hiking Trip

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place was amazing and hit all our requirements for a great stay during our hiking trip to Rocky Mountain national park. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, tasteful renovations to the property, and excellent hiking advice from the owners. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice Get Away for the Location and Price

Things we loved about this place: Beds good Nice Patio under upper deck Kitchen with everything we needed- dishes, cookware, grilling utensils, etc. Great Location- short to RMNP and walk to downtown Mountain Coaster Passes Fun Everything worked well Things that weren't as expected, but not bad: No Air conditioning or thermostat so hard to regulate temp in the place (wasn't hot though because in basement) In a basement so seems a bit musty smelling if closed up all day Bright in the morning with the East facing windows (this could be a plus for some) Main home on the first floor, but never saw anyone home up there so don't know if it would be noisy if they were around.

Absolutely fantastic!

We had a great time in Estes Park. This place had plenty of room for our family of 5( 2 adults 3 kids) ! The beds were comfortable the place is perfectly located close to everything and the host was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. The kitchen has everything you will need and more . We will definitely be returning ! We visited in Early June and the pine trees were pollinating like crazy so maybe take some allergy meds with you ! Other than that most excellent time !

Xmas getaway!

This rental is fantastic. It is in a great location next to just about everything offered at Estes Park. Everything was clean, and ready to go for check-in, not to mention the hosts allowed us to access the property earlier than contracted. Thank you for that! My family and I loved this trip and a major part of it was the coziness we all felt at this property. Leah and the owners are A+

Beautiful mountain escape
