Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker (drip style), toaster, microwave, and more. Full bath with tub/shower and queen bed with luxurious down bedding & high count linens. Spacious living room with a queen sofa sleeper, dining table, gas fireplace, TV, DVD, Stereo, Wi-Fi and south facing patio through the sliding glass doors with furniture to relax. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ just outside your door or pool side while enjoying a swim in the seasonal outdoor heated pool. Nice place but some noise issues

The location was convenient to downtown Estes and RMNP. The place was small but definitely enough for 2. The kitchen worked out well for us with our dietary needs.The biggest issue for us was noise. The upstairs neighbors were quite loud and we definitely heard activities that we’d rather not hear.Additionally there was a ticking sound of sorts that drove me crazy. I don’t know if it was the baseboard heaters or what but it definitely negatively affected my sleep.

Stay at Fawn valley inn

The location is beautiful, right on the river, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2 people, but the place smells very very musty . Could not stand the smell, Rither the carpet needs shampooing bad or rip it out.

Best place ever!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed at. Our chalet was by the river and was so peaceful. The hosts pay attention to every detail to make sure your stay is wonderful. I highly recommend it and will stay there again!!

Sick and tired of connecting to hotel Wifi networks that are so slow

I only ever book hotels with in-room Internet because it is a necessity for me when I travel. My biggest disappointment was with the speed – the login in wifi but no network. the WiFi usage was much slower and felt like dial-up. Be warned if you like your internet fast and hot, this ain’t the place to stay.” This modern time every one like to connect with friends and family.

Not the greatest.

This unit would have suited us if not for the incredibly dank, musty smell throughout. We’ve stayed along the Fall River many times and love sitting on the deck watching and listening to the river. The deck here was too dirty and full of clumps of hanging spider webs.

Lovely river view in a relaxing location

The park area is wonderful of course, but I always looked forward to having my coffee on the patio, or strolling along the river. Perfect way to unwind at the beginning and end of day.

Riverfront Patio!!!

This property is in a great location with quick access to town and RMNP. I loved opening the patio door and seeing/heating Fall River just a few feet away. The property was everything we'd hoped for.

In the Mountains and on the River

This is a lovely location right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park for a spacious, updated place to stay. The unit was complete with a gas fireplace and we used it in the evening. Lots of things were labeled (e.g. linens) which was a nice touch. There was a deck overlooking the river, too. Ted checked us in and was very personable. He filled us in on whatever information we might need. We hope to stay there again.

On the river

The condo we stayed in was clean and easy to get to. Right next to the river and close to the north entrance. I would stay again.

Overnight on Fall River

The suite was clean, updated and cozy with the fireplace. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Will return but request a condo without an upstairs neighbor as they woke us up in the middle of the night. Beautiful area, can't wait to return and explore further.
