Place was in the perfect location in order to attend the Naval graduation. Having a backyard was convenient since we have a dog. Very clean and cozy. The people upstairs and next door were also attending the graduation. Ample parking spaces as well. Beds were very comfortable.

The host was very clear on arrival and departure instructions. Everything was clean and home-lime feeling. Very cute house woth character! We stayed here as my son was graduating Boot Camp and it was an easy trip to base!!

The property was fantastic. The home was older, but all the amenities were taken care of and you can tell it is loved. We were real close to everything, making travel to our destinations extremely easy. The downtown, which is only blocks away was cute with lots of dining and shopping options if you're just looking for a quiet getaway. We ended up having a day with no schedule, so we drove to Kenosha, WI, which is only 30 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality!

Boot Camp Graduation

This wonderful house allowed us the time and space to reunite with our sailor after his 9 week boot camp at the Great Lakes Naval base. We loved walking to dinners in the fun Main Street area. The beds were comfortable. The back yard space enjoyable! I would highly recommend this house for a boot camp graduation stay!

We went for my son navy graduation, and this placed felt just like home! Very comfortable beds ! Please don’t hesitate booking this apartment everything is very close by! First time in Illinois and we had a great family time!

Love the area!

The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Third bedroom is downstairs...which was a surprise. But all was good.

Nice place

Had a business training for myself and four employees. Perfect place for our needs with three bedrooms and two baths. Nice area to walk around in the evenings. Close to many restaurants.

Nice little spot

We absolutely loved it. It was our first time doing a home rental and this was a great start. It’s within walking distance to downtown, in a walkable neighborhood, and had enough room for 5 of us comfortably. I will say if you are a taller person, I suggest staying upstairs, we had a few head bonks going down to the basement. The check in and out process was simple. We had a couple maintenance issues pop up and management was super fast in responding and offered to come over and fix it.

Great spot for baby graduation

15 minutes from RDC Great Lakes. Was able to have my entire family in the house we totaled 9 and were comfortable. Walking distance to a few coffee shops and restaurants in a nice small midwestern town with larger towns with malls and big box stores not to far

Perfect 2 in 1 home away

This was absolutely perfect for us , for me ! I was traveling with family friends : the parents and their daughter for MY daughter s bootcamp graduation . This turned out to be fantastic and I wouldn’t have it any other way . I left them the 2 soooo comfortable bedrooms on the first level and took the bedroom in the basement . I had my own living-room and bathroom , bedroom and bed so comfortable , lots of place to store things . When my daughter came for liberty she felt peaceful and her and I were able to have quiet moment together where we gather things to take to A school . Very close from base , walking distance from the cutest little downtown . I m a runner and there’s an over 6 miles trail right behind the house The mistake we made was to go downtown Chicago while we could have stayed home and do a million things . Host was so responsive and I’m 100 % sure that if something would have been wrong or not working correctly they would have fixed it right away . The backyard was also perfect . I love cute older houses and this was just the best . I will definitely return if one day life takes me to Libertyville again. !

Recent stay

Stayed at a similar owned property in Oct, that one was much better. This property we did not feel was as well maintained. Had to call cleaning back in as stove and showers were dirty. CLeaning did come back and do a good job. Appreciate that. This was an older property and had a separate unit above. We constantly heard every footstep above us all day and night. would not have stayed here if known that there was a separate unit upstairs. Basement was essentially useless for anyone over 6 ft tall. Entrance to basement was at one pt less than 5'8" or felt like it. Pictures did not truly depict layout. Fenced yard was nice for dog and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very small. Lots of small repairs needed around the home inside and out. Recent outside door entrance with new stairs to yard still had sawdust on door knob and flooring around the door. Will look to rent another property in future but not this one.
