Nestled in a peaceful setting, our home sits on a spacious lot surrounded by mature shade trees, offering privacy and tranquility. Enjoy stunning sunsets across the open field or watch the sunrise from our amazing pool deck.

Pool: Make a splash and enjoy the in-ground pool during the summer months. The adjacent sunroom is the perfect spot for morning coffee.

Hot Tub: Available year-round for your relaxation.

Kitchen: Our well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and everything you need for home-cooked meals. Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker are provided. There's also a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking (charcoal not provided).

Dining/Living: Ample seating in the dining and living areas. Enjoy meals or friendly competition around the table. The pass-through window to the kitchen has barstools for two, and the formal dining space seats 6. Relax on the large sectional and watch movies on the large TV.

Bedrooms: With 4 King Beds, 1 Twin bed with a trundle, a futon, and two sectionals, our home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with crisp linens, window coverings, and comfy mattresses. Ceiling fans are included, and one bedroom on the main level has a large smart TV.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms on the main level are well-equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hand soap. One has a combo tub/shower, while the other features a walk in shower.

Laundry: You'll find a washer and dryer on the main level for your convenience, so no need to pack extra clothes.

With this convenient location you are blocks to Kellogg (US-400) allowing you to get to all of Wichita's best restaurants, museums, zoo's, parks and venues

House Rules:

Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am.

Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space or if there is a guest booked right behind you. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff without prior written authorization will be fined $50 per 1/2 hour.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE - In cases where the property is left in an excessively untidy state, requiring extra cleaning efforts, we apply a fee of $100 for every additional half-hour of cleaning needed.

Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 extra cleaning charge to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized pets of any kind are subject to a $150 fine. This fine is per pet.

NO GUESTS THAT ARE NOT ON THE RESERVATION. If you have more guests than your reservation allows, your reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund. Guests 18 years and younger may not be left unattended in the home.

For your safety, we use a Ring Video Doorbell at the front door and security cameras on the garage and on each side of the house that may be filming live during your stay.

Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.

POOL RULES:
-Use pool as your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-No Running
-No Diving
-No Glass, Food, or Drinks allowed in the pool or near the pool.
-Please Use Swim Diapers
-Keep Noise Down
- No glass allowed in or around the back patio including pool. If broken glass is found during the time the pool is open for the season, it will result in a $2,000 additional cleaning fee.

HOT TUB RULES:
-Close hot tub after each use
- Do not get on top of the hot tub cover
-Shower before every use. Leaving the hot tub excessively dirty or leaving any external items in the hot tub, that results in the need to empty the hot tub will incur in a $350 extra cleaning fee.
- No glass allowed in or around the back patio including pool and hot tub. If broken glass is found after the pool is closed for the season, it will result in a $1,000 extra cleaning fee.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and facilities. Guests must report any property damage to host. Unreported damages will result in a fee.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and immediate cancellation with no refund.
