Pros: condo was as pictured, nicely decorated, clean and beds were comfortable. Location was ok, not far from main strip. Brett responded to our questions/needs in a decent timeframe. Cons: directions were not exact, correction needed on the first sign to watch for. There are tenants above, so if loud noises are a distraction or aggravation, be aware. No late sleeping due to the noise above. Brett asked that towels and bath cloths be put in the washer and started. Don’t mind doing that, but made me wonder how these are sanitized, no bleach or other disinfectant available. Wasn’t aware of that request before renting.

We had a very pleasant stay in Brett's condo. Everything was spotless and comfortable.It takes a bit to work your way through the complex, but so quiet when you reach your destination!

Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and needed items in bathrooms and comfortable bedding. We enjoyed sitting area outside too. It was also a great location.

Was a perfect spot, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to be just a short drive away from all the attractions. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond was a perfect morning and evening set up.

The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony provided a peaceful retreat overlooking the pond. Communication with Brett was easy. He responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo is very nice, newly updated, very clean. Nice balcony area that can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. Close to everything that we wanted to do. We could not have asked for a better host. The communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again when visiting Branson.

This extremely clean, well appointed condo fit our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with everything a traveler could possibly need.After a comfortable nights sleep, we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the quiet balcony watching the turtles and ducks on the pond. After a fun day in Branson, we ended our day back on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine listening to the frogs croaking. The owner was thorough in his emails and provided necessary information.We highly recommend this “tranquil” condo for a quiet and comfortable stay in Branson.

Extremely Clean with Relaxing View from Deck

This is an extremely clean and fresh condo. The view of the pond from the deck was so relaxing as I watched the geese and turtles enjoy the pond. The bed was a little hard, but there was an extra mattress pad in the closet, so that helped. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to locate the property, otherwise it would have been difficult to find the correct unit. The number on the door was hard to see, though. Just a note for the owner: both toasters are broken.
