Christmas Decor! We would love for you to stay and enjoy our remodeled condo in the most convenient location that Branson has to offer. Just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Branson Strip and Table Rock Lake!

Two bedrooms boast King sized beds, and our bunk room also has a pack and play crib with comfy mattress available for even our smallest of guests to make use of. Each bedroom is complete with flat screen, Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Enjoy time on the deck, overlooking all the lights on Branson Strip at night or bask in the sun during those warmer days. Whether you enjoy eating out or preparing your meals yourselves, you will find all you need in the fully equipped modern kitchen. There is even a full laundry room for you, if you wish. We are located directly opposite the pool, which is now closed for the winter season, but there are complimentary use of pool towels during the summer months.

Relax and make memories in the spacious living room, complete with 58" Smart Flatscreen TV and enjoy a meal or two around the large dining table. Very clean unit, great location, Epic communication had a couple of issues but was resolved within minutes. The coffee Maker didn't work ,big coffee drinkers so that was a little bit of a bummer. Really enjoyed our stay. The only real negative I would say is that the last evening we stayed. We were on the middle floor and a family with about 3 kids came in. Was really loud stomping, making noise pretty late and really early in the morning. I believe the check in process should recommend asking if they have kids and putting family with kids on the bottom floor because this is the second unit We've had like this with people upstairs have been really loud and thin floors snd ceiling. There are rules about quiet time but not followed. Not really the facility or host fault, just wish prople would have respect for others in the unit.

Prime location for a great stay

Condo was close to everything and clean. The convenience of being across from the pool was perfect for the kids. WiFi wasn’t working when we tried to connect, but we contacted the owner and it was immediately taken care of with a different code.

Great Location, minutes away from everything on the strip, silver Dollar City, The landing and the lake. This location provided all the amenities needed, and very accessible. I would recommend staying here.

Fun Family Get-away

Our family of 6 (5 adults & one kid) had a great time staying at the Modern Jewel. Lisa is a fabulous host and super quick at responding to any questions. The check-in process was so easy. We had plenty of space to play games, enjoy meals, and have fun as a family over our rainy Memorial Day weekend get-away.

A bit on the noisy side

The architect for this condo complex forgot to install sound-deadening insulation between floors. Each footstep in the unit above ours could be heard. The wifi for this unit was apparently turned off or was broken. The network we were given to use did not show up when our ipad searched for it. Luckily, we were able to use our phone as a hotspot so we could use the ipad. The unit was clean and furnished with plenty of linens, cleaning materials, etc. I would replace the small bedside tables with ones that are a bit larger. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Convenient to Branson’s parks, without the bustle of the city

This is a great location for families or those wishing to have a chill stay. We were visiting Silver Dollar City and found it easy to get to and from the main strip and the park, and the location was peaceful. Everything was clean, simple, no frills, and that’s exactly what we wanted.

If you’re a light sleeper or have littles who wake easy, don’t stay here

The apartment is decorated cute and it was mostly clean, but the rug in the living room was very dirty and has not been vacuumed it did not appear. We loved the location and balcony. The worst part about our stay was by far the noise. It was extremely noisy and it wasn’t due to a rowdy bunch above, it was just simply them walking and moving around. We had the box fans going on high and still were woke up by the people above us at 5am one day and 6am the next. My toddler hardly slept at all, we were so exhausted and miserable from no sleep. This apartment is so poorly insulated and built you can hear them walking, opening cabinets, flushing the toilets. Stinks bc it could be a cool place to stay, but I just don’t know how you could fix the noise problem.

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Price

The condo was exactly what we hoped for. It was clean and impressive for my family. We loved it and will return! Tips: shower at times when the rest of the condo building is not to get the best water pressure. Use the included box fans so you don’t hear the tiny footsteps from the condo upstairs.

Perfect!

Great location, great view, comfy beds (even the bunk beds). Host was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and watching the Ferris Wheel's light show. I previous left a what I thought was a review on Vrbo, but apparently it wasn't a review of the property.

Comfortable stay with great view

The condo is very comfortable and cozy. The view was great at night and in the morning. It was a little odd at first with no dressers, but there were plenty of hangers and closet organizers for us. We did find some old food that hadn’t been cleaned, but it was hidden in a cupboard and under a bed. I can see how easy it would be to miss. The floors are a little dirty, so I would recommend some sort of house shoes. It was a pretty quick jaunt to the main strip, so the ease of access was nice. They had plenty of channels for us to watch in what down time we had.

Labor Fay weekend stay

The location and condo itself was wonderful. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is due to some cleanliness. The floors needed mopped as our feet were black from walking on them and I had to vacumn under the couch as it had wrappers and food under cushions.The condo itself was adorable. The beds were comfortable and there was everything in the kitchen we needed for our stay. Lisa, the host went above and beyond helping us on this trip. I would definitely recommend the property even though I had to clean ip a few things.

End of summer

Overall we had a great stay. Great location had everything we needed except for a trash can and bags for the kitchen there was only a small bathroom size can and for a family it was too small but other than that we were set. Thanks for having us.

We really enjoyed ourselves and saw lots of shows. Our accomodations were clean amd comfortable and wheelchair accessible. We plan on returning and wpuld have no trouble staying here.

Family summer vacation

The property was located just outside of the busy town. It was easy to get to all attractions from there. It was clean. We stayed downstairs though and you could hear the people upstairs, which did get kinda aggravating at times. They were loud. The property was stocked with your basic cup, plates, bowls, skillets, pots, cooking utensils, and eating utensils. They also had a few laundry and dishwasher pods. The only thing we had to buy was trash bags. The host Lisa was quick to respond when I had a small problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this rental property to others.
