The space
Our home features a private sun room with hot tub, fully fenced for your privacy.

~~There are three bedrooms; including two queen rooms, and two twin size beds in the entertainment room, and one sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

- Fully equipped kitchen, with every item of cookware, silverware, and much more to accommodate your stay.
- Keurig coffee, French press, tea and more are included.

~~ Supplies
We provide a starter pack of supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash, to get you started. For additional supplies, there is an IGA supermarket nearby (8 minutes driving).

~~ Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed upon approval (well-behave pets only).
- $50 pet fee (per pet per stay) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center.
- Please bring along a bed for your pets.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding). If this doesn't work for you and your pet, please bring your own house linens.
- Please pick up after your pet when on our property and in our neighborhood.
- Do not leave your pets unattended under any circumstances.

Guest access
- When you pull in, there is a 2-car garage or you can also park on the driveway.
- Access the house using the keypad smart lock, code will be provided 2 days prior to your stay. You have full use of the property, home, and contents; except for the backyard shed and a cabinet located in the kitchen for personal storage

- Private Hot Tub at the house.

- Private beach access (Camano Country Club) - 2 minutes driving

Other things to note
-The hot tub is available for use year-round. We will provide more detailed information prior to your arrival on what to look for when using the hot tub under House Rules.

-A maximum 6 people are allowed here based on the number of rooms and beds available. Any additional people will be subjected to an additional fee of $25 per day.

-No parties or events are allowed.

-Smoking/vaping are NOT permitted inside the home.

-Security cameras are in front of the garage, the front porch, and the backyard for your safety.

-Please keep loud music, voices, and sounds at a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

-A noise monitoring was installed in the living room. This is to ensure that the volume inside the house does not reach a level that would upset our awesome neighbors. The device can only monitoring the noise levels, it is not capable of recording sound.

-We do our best to childproof the house but please supervise your children at all time, especially around hot tub and fireplace.
