Brand new custom tiled shower and separate bathtub in this beautiful master suite with private entrance. Efficiency kitchenette provided with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. Stay a day or stay a month! You are welcome here! Private entrance attached to the mini villa.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Did not receive code to access property prior to check in. Had to contact the host upon arrival and waited over an hour to get the code. Property was stuffy and smelled of mold. A/C wasn't working and no thermostat could be found in the property. Contacted host but never heard back. Only one clean towel in the entire property, the rest were still in the laundry basket. Empty bottle of alcohol in bathroom drawer. Better bring your own cups if you want coffee as there were none. It's bare bones at best. We left and requested a refund which took about a week working through VRBO.

Perfect little spot on the water

My daughter and I stayed here just for one night. Wish it would have been for longer. The island is rebuilding and everyone is so friendly. The cottage was easy to locate and updated.

We can’t wait to come back!

Our studio cottage was located right on the water, so we got to enjoy gorgeous views and a convenient launch-off for some great kayaking! The interior was very well-kept and clean, bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, and having both a bath and separate shower was a big bonus for me and my +1. It was clear that a lot of care and attention was put into making sure the cottage was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We both adored our time staying here and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I booked this cottage for a getaway on the water and this was perfect!! The cottage was clean and check in/out was easy. My husband fished the entire time we were there and caught mangrove snapper, redfish, flounder, sheepshead’s and lady fish right off the property! We met the cleaning lady and the maintenance man while we were there and they both were a pleasure to speak with. Getting in and out of the driveway can be a little tricky at certain times but if you make friends with the neighbors they will stop traffic long enough for you to get out. Everyone we met in Matlacha was so friendly and with the cottage being walking distance to shops, food and parks was such a bonus! We can’t wait to come back and visit hopefully this fall and bring the whole family!
