Downtown Miami is one of Miami's hippest new districts with a plethora of restaurants, bars, parks and entertainment venues. You will be close to everything including Brickell, Midtown and Wynwood. Public transportation is very convenient and easy to get to from this property. In addition to this just minutes away is Bayside maktplace a place where you will find Over 100 stores, boutiques, restaurants and bars offer a taste of Miami for everyone. Live entertainment daily with some of Miami's best bands.

You will find a bus stop just a block away, also being in town is very convenient for using platforms like Uber and Lyft, getting to your destination is quick and easy.

To get from the Port of Miami to the property you have to take the Port of Miami tunnel and go straight across the MacArthur Causeway bridge and then keep right, then take Biscayne Blvd and you will find the property.

To reach the property from the airport, you must take exit 2-3-4 Avenue and keep right. Continue on Florida 112 to the MacArthur 2A exit and Moore Park Stadium turn right and continue until you reach the property, 20 minutes drive and you will reach your destination.

Please note that valet parking is available at the property for $50 (Tax included).

• There is a daily Resort Fee of $65.54. This Payment has to be made at the front desk upon check-in.

• On-site Valet parking is available for $50.00 daily. (There are plenty of other options around the area at a lower cost).

• Please note that during the check-in process, the building reception will request a credit card as a guarantee in case of any property damage or violation of any rules.

• Please be aware that any additional hospitality services provided by the building, that are not included in our standard offering, will result in an extra cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - YOUR COMFORT MATTERS

We take your safety very seriously. To ensure the well-being of everyone, we kindly request that all guests are registered. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. During the check-in process, please present the ID of each guest at the front desk.

Reservations must be made by a 21 years person, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay.

- There is a daily Resort Fee of $65.54. This Payment has to be made at the front desk upon check-in. (Please be aware that starting January 1st, the resort feewill be increased).

- On-site Valet parking is available for $50.00 Daily.

- Please note that during the check-in process, the front desk agent will request a credit card as a guarantee in case of any property damage or violation of any rules.

- Please be aware that any additional hospitality services provided by the building will result in an extra cost. This additional cost is payable at the end of your stay.

- Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied in case of violations.

- Please be respectful with other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area.

- Should you encounter any inconveniences, please don't hesitate to inform us promptly.

-The Condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage. Please use the designated trash containers for trash placement.

All cardboard boxes must be placed in the recycling bins and has to be shredded before recycling. Garbage should be safely enclosed in tightly tied bags.

- Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50.

Please note that if other guests are arriving on your departure day, a late check-out will not be possible. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge.

- We do not provide washcloths.

This apartment is equipped for your comfort. Please handle all objects and equipment with care. Any damages will result in additional charges.
