Relax with family/friends in a homely, spacious and well furnished abode with fully equipped kitchen and dinning room. It offers open floor plan of the finished basement for activities along with huge backyard with fence. Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, central heat n A/C and close distance to local grocery stores, bowling alley, Main Street O Fallon and Hwy70/Hwy K, 25 min to STL Airport.

Just 30 min drive to downtown ST Louis, Enterprise Center, Busch Stadium, Forest Part, the STL Zoo, Gateway Arch, and 15 min to Hollywood Amphitheater and Ameristar Casino. Located near shopping, bars, wineries, gyms, hospitals etc.

Checkin was simple, house was clean and nice. Very roomy and accomdated 6 people very well. Easy to find and cute little neighborhood! Lots of amenities close by, shopping, food, etc. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Communication was excellent. My girlfriends and I were attending a local festival that stated prior to check-in and they very generously allowed us to leave our car at the house. Due to the heat we waited until check-in time, but did message that they had gotten things turned over quickly and we could check-in early. The house was very clean and quaint. Plenty of space for us to sleep. My only concerns were the fact that there were no hand towels or wash clothes available. Plenty of towels otherwise. The hot water in the master did not work but the main shower had good hot water. The fixtures and bathrooms could use an update. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. Location was perfect for us.

Caveat Emptor

I had major back surgery and the home is in a nice and quiet area, so that was great. But thats where the good part ends. For starters, the ice maker is missing from the fridge, so we didnt know we would be buying bags of ice. The basement living area was nice, but the washer and dryer are un a utility area of the basement, which was littered with junk! My wife had to clear herself a path just to get to the washer/dryer. The dryer door will not stay shut, so my wife was constantly having to go shut door, in order to finish one load, this went on all week. She finally just had to pile the junk down there, in front of the dryer door so we could have clean clothes to where. The primary bedroom light switch does not work. So that means that you must turn the light in with the cord hanging from fan.... Oh yea, the fan does not come on at all. The internet is so slow, we were barly able to watch TV. There are junk appliance sitting under the carport, giving the home lovly appearance from the road. When we arrived, the owner was still cleaning the home, so we had to leave and return about twenty minutes after our 4pm check in time. Now, with all of that said, we were actually willing to overlook all of that, until...We got home to find ourselves and our belongings covered in BED BUGS!!!!!!! Yes, bed bugs. So after a six hour, and uncomfortable ride home, we now having to throw out many of our clothes and luggage. This home owner has now cost us a lot!!!

The Cozy Retreat was in a great location off of I-70 and quiet neighborhood. Also was very clean.

We were there for 3 nights and they only left 4 towels & 3 washclothes. When I called the host, their main concern was how many in our party, which was 3. When I had called the host, we only had lukewarm water, which we had to go downstairs & turn the hotwater up.. Also, the hot & cold handles in the main bathroom shower fell off. The host didn't seem concerned about that either. All in all, I would probably stay there again if the I knew the plumbing fixtures were fixed

Cozy Retreat

As the name states it is definitely a cozy retreat for friends and family alike! The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the backyard has a cute patio area with a spacious backyard as well! It’s located in a cute little neighborhood that’s perfect driving distance from downtown, you can have a nice day out and come back to grab a bite over by the house. The host is very quick with replying as well as helpful with anything you’d need while staying! I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in St. Louis!

Great Spot

Location is very convenient right off the highway, in a cute, very well kept, quiet neighborhood. Easy to find, easy to get in upon arrival and exit. The house had plenty of space, we didn't even realize there was a basement with more beds until late the first evening when locking up. The couches were comfortable to sit on, the dining room table is very large and nice, plenty of room to feed a crowd in there. Beds and the pillows were very comfortable, that's sometimes not the case. Stocked with some necessities, toilet paper, towels, trash bags, coffee, filters, etc to help you pack a little lighter. Contact with the host always got a very fast response, and was always friendly and helpful. Cute, comfortable house with a lovely, big fenced backyard to sit and drink coffee and relax. I would absolutely stay again in the future.

Less than impressed

It's a 3 BR house, sleeps six. Our bed broke and couldn't be adequately repaired while we were there. The owner asked if we could use another BR, then threatened me with extra person charges when I mentioned that my son and granddaughter would be staying. What?! No laundry. That's on me, but...no laundry?? One bath towel/hand towel/washcloth per person! And we were there 6 nights. Overhead light fixtures have only 1 working bulb in each. Icemaker not connected.If you're looking for a warm and dry place to sleep, this is it. But, as my son put it, it's a soulless place lacking anything remotely comfortable. I don't recommend it.

Modern Family Home

The house was awesome, just like it looked in pictures. The front patio was a nice place to sit. The AC worked REALLY well, and the beds were comfy. Both showers had shampoo/conditioner/body soap. The towels were a little thin and scratchy. The house is in a decent central location for getting around. Getting through the neighborhood was a little confusing due to construction. Check-in was delayed over an hour, but we had somewhere to hang out until it was ready. The entry keypad was broken, so we had to share 1 key between 5 adults and coordinating that was tough. Overall, everything was great. Nothing was bothersome enough that I wouldn't come stay again.

Bnb stay

The property was enough room for me and my friends. Beds were comfortable. Some issues we encountered were the oven not working all weekend and the water pressure being weak in some rooms.
