Large master with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and attached private deck, 3rd bedroom with double bunk beds. 2 Large living areas with smart TV's. Separate office area. Outside enjoy a large deck, covered patio, detached garage, large yard, all pet friendly! Huge kitchen with anything you might need! Washer / Dryer and all amenities to make it feel like your home away from home! On the same property with Double Check Indoor and Outdoor Arenas (walking distance). Parking available for RV's (RV hookups & dump station available) and / or horse trailers. Horse stalls on site available for rent thru Double Check Arena Horse Manager, Lynnsey at events@doublecheckarena.com

The property was great retreat from the rodeo. Within walking distance of the stalls, we used the kitchen and grill and made up for the cost of house by not having to eat out. Beds were super comfortable. The kids and the dog had a great time in the big fenced yard. We already booked the house for the next rodeo

This is a wonderful property. Comfortable with all the amenities of home, just a short walk to the horse stalls at Double Check Arena. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great Property and Accommodations

This was the perfect space for our weekend to celebrate graduation and have our dogs and family join us. It was relaxing and provided everything we needed to truly be able to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely keep this property management company and location in mind when planning future trips.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoyed walking around the arena area in the morning and enjoying the quite and area. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck but wished there were more outdoor furniture, not just the picnic table.

Wonderful house especially for an event at Double Check Arena. Great to walk to the stalls and to the arena. Everything you need at the house with comfy beds and plenty of towels and sheets and all the amenities. Love staying here!

Thanksgiving Family Stay

We are were so grateful to have this option to stay at Double Check so close to family that live in Pierce for Thanksgiving. The house is very cute, nice bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. We were also able to bring our sweet 13 year old dog instead of leaving him home which was awesome.

Beautiful property!

House is big, the property is beautiful. Kitchen is equipped with minimal stuff to make a meal. The kitchen table and chairs are loose and need some attention. The bedroom upstairs needs some window covering!

Perfect Home for a big family

The property is beautiful! We stayed there and had no issues. Contacting the property manager for assistance was easy and she replied so fast. We were staying at the facility with our 6 horses and 6 people. We were all so comfortable. We even horsey business meetings for the Greeley Stampede. I highly recommend this property!! It is also dog and pet friendly!

Wonderful home away from home

This beautifully appointed farmhouse was a comfortable and spacious home away from home while we showed our horses at Double Check arena. The kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals and share them on the large back deck. The grill along with nice kitchen appliances and a wonderful AC that kept the house cool during very hot weather meant everyone was happy. Our trainer stayed with us at the house and there was plenty of room. There were nice linens, lots of towels, and comfortable beds. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Love the Double Check

We enjoyed our stay and a slower pace while we were visiting with family. The house is well equipped and has plenty of room for large family gatherings. We enjoyed watching the events over the weekend at the arena. The listing did say there was a hot tub, we did not find one. But we had plenty of fun with other things it wasn't needed. Favorite thing was watching storms roll in on the front porch with the kids. We had a great time.

We had to evacuate due to the Alexander fire on Storm Mountain

This is a wonderful ranch house with lots of room. They have horse stables and a riding arena out back. If you are competing at the double check arena I recommend staying here. The beds are comfortable and large. There are 2 full baths. The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and utensils. There are several decks. And a perfect basement entertainment room and laundry room. The only drawback is the road in front of the house. It is very busy and most people are speeding. Keep pets and children off the front of the property. Otherwise it is a great property.
