Adjacently, the community tennis courts await… we have both pickleball and tennis rackets at this property for you to have a fun game with the family!

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home, leaving the sleeping area separate from living spaces!

The Master bedroom offers a King bed, closet space & an en-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and walk in shower.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable Queen beds, a walk in closet, & an en-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower & tub combo.

Both bedrooms boast private balconies for enjoying a little extra getaway!



-Living Areas-

Our living room is spacious & ready to accommodate your entire group around to play board games, enjoy a cozy movie by the fireplace, or just to go "old school" & laugh and chat amongst yourselves. A cozy couch & 4 occasional chairs are perfect for all of the above here.

The dining area is adjacent & open to the living area, with seating for up to 8 guests.

A modern styled half bath is conveniently located right off the living area.



Our kitchen is right down the hallway-complete with full size stainless appliances, everything you need for preparing your meals from dishes, silverware, small appliances, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs!

Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels.



Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 10am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.



Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are NOT permitted at any time. We do not make exceptions, and you will not be permitted access to the home.



Parties and events are not permitted.



Unfortunately we are not pet friendly at this location, to include Emotional Support Animals.
