You will feel right at home with the comfort of an updated kitchen and baths and tons of space for all sized groups. This home is just two blocks from downtown Woodstock where you can dine, shop, & visit the famous opera house. Don't forget to visit the many scenes the movie Groundhog Day was filmed throughout town and toast to world peace!

The main floor highlights family space with the ease of entertaining. The family room seating for 8 with a 60" smart TV with many streaming services and Comcast cable. The dining room allows for a group of 10 to gather around the large table under the stunning crystal chandelier for a lovely meal or lively game night. Enjoy the coffee/tea room attached to the dining room with complimentary tea, coffee, and sweeteners. The modern eat-in kitchen features seating for 6, double ovens, four four-burner gas stove, large split sink, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator/ lower freezer with water and ice dispenser. You will find all pots, pans, cooking appliances, and utensils in the walk-in pantry right off the kitchen.

Walk up the grand staircase to the second floor where you'll be met with all four spacious bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms features smart TVs, ample luggage storage, and luxuriously comfortable beds. The primary bathroom on this floor showcases a 72" cast iron double slipper clawfoot tub, double sinks, and step-in shower. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with step-in shower and double sinks, king king-sized Tempurpedic bed with cooling technology, and a 55" smart TV that is connected to Comcast cable.

The lower level theater room has top of top-of-the-line 77 OLED" TV with Comcast cable, 8 piece Lovesac couch, 2 oversized leather chairs, pro arachnid dart cabinet, karaoke/Bluetooth speaker, full-size bed & full bath with steam shower. This space can comfortably sleep 4 people. You will also find full-sized laundry accommodations with all supplies right at your fingertips.

The fully fenced backyard is the perfect space to let your dogs roam, play a game of catch, or make a fire in the five-foot fire pit. Lounge on the wooden swing while soaking up the serenity this park-like environment radiates. Light up the BBQ grill and enjoy a meal on the custom paver patio that has years-round seating for 10.

The pool is closed for the season. Above ground pool is open seasonally from June 1 to September 1. It is 20 feet in diameter and 4 feet deep with a ladder for entry. Pool toys, floats, and beach towels are available for your use. Please do not allow pets in the pool.

The wrap-around front porch is a perfect gathering place at the end of the day to relax on the double-person hammock, hanging swing bench, and rocking chairs. You will often see hummingbirds stop at the feeders and aromatic flower baskets while other woodland animals play between the matured trees and throughout the meticulously landscaped yard.

All accommodations are privately available for guests. If parking beyond the 8 available driveway spots is needed there is a city lot a few houses down that usually has plenty of space.
