The Ocean Pearl - A Waterfront Beach Retreat
Built in 2018, The Ocean Pearl is stunning luxurious home that we have enjoyed for years with our family and now hope to share that with you! This home was designed to entertain multiple families and children - with breathtaking views, large gathering areas, and many bedrooms/ bathrooms. Every floor has 13" ceilings, allowing for deep blue ocean views while cooking dinner, drinking coffee on the porch(s), or waking up to a beach sunrise. We would be so glad to have you stay with us!
The space
Located right off Indian beach, our home has everything you need to make the most of your stay on the Island of Emerald Isle. With room for up to 16 guests, your family and friends will have all the amenities you could ask for. When you aren’t exploring our local culinary hotspots (check out our favorite recommendations!), you can relax with a drink on the porch while watching the dolphins play! Each bedroom has a large closet so feel free to unpack and make yourself at home!
At the Ocean Pearl, we have many sleeping options including 3 King bedrooms, 3 Queen bedrooms, a twin trundle bedroom, and a pullout queen size sofa located on the ground floor.
There are 5 full bathrooms and one half-bathroom - each full bathroom has a hair dryer. We even have an outdoor shower located on the side of the house for washing off a sandy day at the beach!
Some of our house amenities include:
-Upscale Interior Elevator
-Ground floor entertaining space complete with a jacuzzi (fenced in for child safety), grill, dining area, and outdoor shower.
-Fully stocked chef’s kitchen
-Top Living Room TV Surround System and Soundbar
-Direct Beach Access
-9 Smart Flat Screen TVs, each with Netflix enabled
-Ping Pong table in the downstairs Living Room
-2 Separate Living Room spaces
-Full laundry room with a sink
-Games and puzzles for a rainy day and cornhole
-Linens Set included with sheets, bath towels, and beach towels.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard area, and beach access is directly behind the home.

We contract with our cleaning and maintenance company to provide unique offerings to make your stay a little easier. Please let us know if you are interested in any of the following additional services:
-Grocery Pickup/Delivery
-Beach Tent and Beach Chair Rental Pickup/Delivery
-Mid-Stay Cleaning
-Bike Rental Delivery

Our home was designed to be a place for our family of several generations to gather, bringing us all together in one place for our families in Virginia and North Carolina.
We live in Wilmington NC full time, but several years ago, had an amazing opportunity to live in Emerald Isle and fell in love with the area, the people, and the gorgeous ocean views. This area bring so much peace to us and we hope you feel that too by the end of your stay!

Our neighborhood is a gated community of about 10 homes. We have a community fire pit, beach access, and outdoor showers to wash off sandy feet!
