The amenities and location are excellent. Cozy with everything needed for a long or short stay. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. 4 stars for pet hair, a note to the cleaning crew, and some bedding had to be changed.

This location was everything and more!! It was so nice to be in walking distance to the incline and all the eateries. Those with kids, Mr. T’s pizza was great and Cafe 1886 was so good at lunch time!You can walk to all of it. Parking was so easy! The location was so clean. Communication was great! The bed was so comfy!!We will definitely recommend for any visiting Chattanooga!

I had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location couldn’t be better. It was oclose to everything in the area, which made getting around so easy. I loved spending evenings on the patio, such a great spot to relax and hang out. Being very pet friendly was a huge bonus and made the trip even better. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend!

We loved this place and neighborhood. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Found some great places to eat and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The unit is clean and well stocked and had all we needed! We will be back.

Clean & Close to everything

We loved this rental. Clean. Fun. Comfortable bed. It was 15 minutes to Rock City & Ruby Falls. You can walk to Incline Railway (less than a block). Downtown Chattanooga was 15 minutes away (anytime of day). When you come into Chattanooga, part across from the riverboat. Parking is cheaper & you can walk anywhere in the city. I would stay here again.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

We loved how close it was to walk to the restaurants and old st elmo was amazing. Super close for the incline railroad too, perfect for a ride up to lookout mountain. It was a very quiet stay too even tho on the street it felt like no one was around us. We didn't use the kitchen much but everything you could possibly need is there. We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed the character of the home & access to local businesses. Most we had to travel for anything was 30 minutes! Loved the separation of spaces & usability overall.

Great family trip

Location was perfect for walking to grab dinner, coffee or walking to the park. Rock City and Ruby Falls were a short drive from the place which was very nice. Loved the decor of the place! So fun. Thank you!

Nice place !

Overall, our stay was great. The condo is very clean and very cute. We got a lot of info from the decor. However, we did not receive any communication whatsoever from our host when it came to check out time. I sent them four messages and never heard back. So we hope we did a good job at checking out. Also, we did not get a view of the Incline railway train going up and down the mountain. A big reason why we booked this stay was because we thought that it would be a really cool experience to see that. honestly, we almost went with a few other options, but the incline railway view really sold us. another thing to add the patio furniture is pretty beat down and icky. We didn’t spend any time out there because of that.

Gem in St. Elmo

Perfect location for a Chattanooga weekend getaway. Close to Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. Easy check in and checkout process. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quick walk to restaurants and coffee shop. We will definitely stay again. Can’t wait to stay when it is warmer to sit on the balcony and enjoy the cute outdoor space.

Amazing Getaway

Our stay at “The Eclectic Townhouse “was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, just a short walk or drive to the local restaurants and attractions, making our vacation truly relaxing. We can't wait wwait to return!".

Perfect family stay

As soon as we walked in, it had a clean and welcoming feeling. Comes with everything in the kitchen except spice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the two futon sofas were perfect for kids. It is within walking distance to great places to eat and attractions. Would definitely stay again

Weekend getaway

We loved the location walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream. Grocery stores nearby too. Off street parking was a plus. Quiet neighborhood.

Great vibes in a cute neighborhood

This is a nice little gem in a quiet location with a few walkable eateries, and hiking trails and other outdoor attractions nearby. Loved the decor, patio, giant TV’s, easy parking and well supplied coffee selection! We brought our 4 month old with us and he really enjoyed hanging out on the patio (though we got our workout in carrrying him up and down the stairs!) This is a very clean and well updated little place - it has shared walls (townhouse) but we did not hear the neighbors at all! It is close to lookout mountain and ruby falls. We went to do some bouldering at the nearby St. Elmo’s boulders. It’s also just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga.

Cute and clean

Overall really nice. Woke up second night 2:20 in the morning with air conditioner dripping on my face and was leaking quite a bit?? After shutting unit down, drying it out and cleaning filter took about an hour. They did come service units the next day but didn’t dare turn in back on for fear it would do the same. Not their fault that unit had an issue so I understand and appreciate them getting after it the next day ASAP. It was definitely the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and it wasn’t even close! Will definitely book again if needed when we’re back in town.

Perfect location!

We just stayed here for 3 nights on a quick fall break getaway with my 15 year old son. Love that we could just walk out the front door to some restaurants and the Incline. Property was super clean and included everything you would need, down to laundry pods and dishwasher detergent. Would stay here again.
