Welcome to our historic unit within walking distance to downtown Bloomington, where you will find many of the best restaurants and bars in town. Our accommodations provide room for 2 guests and has free driveway parking!

This unit is a basic 1 bedroom, very spacious apartment with an updated bathroom. The bedroom has a dresser and nice walk-in closet for plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully functional with a new apartment size stove and seating for dining. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings for relaxing and a desk to work from.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and indulge in your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. We provide all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and more, to ensure a hassle-free stay.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy!
Laundry machines are located in the basement of the building.
