Timeless, charming bungalow with all of the necessities of home! This cozy home is perfect for friends, families, or travelers seeking comfort and style. The house is located about 5 miles from the airport, 1 mile from ISU & IWU and walking distance to the hospital and Uptown to dine and shop, location is a guest favorite! The neighborhood is quaint, there is a grade school a few doors down with a nice jungle gym for the kids. The constitution trail is 1/2 mile from the house, great for pets, walks and biking, or, just rest and relax. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and both fireplaces light with remotes. Comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house.

Walking distance to the hospital, IWU, ISU as well as uptown - lots of dining, shopping and town events. The house is 1/2 mile from access to The Constitution Trail; 45 miles of paved surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area; great for walks, biking, dogs

4 Bedrooms total
2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, both have queen beds
2 bedrooms in the basement (1 king and 1 L-shaped couch that pulls into a sleeper)

1 queen, plug in, pillow top air mattresses

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer, grilling utensils and more. Plenty of spices, condiments, Kcups, coffee and tea are available at the house

BATHROOMS:
The bathroom on the 1st floor has a jacuzzi tub with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom in the basement has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms have plush bath towels and stocked with toiletries

WASHER/DRYER:
Guest are welcome to use the washer and dryer as well as detergent/supplies

Games -
Lots of children's books and plenty of board games

Backyard/Patio -
We start putting the patio furniture out closer to May. The backyard holds many, lots of families visiting for game weekends bring their own lawn chairs for extra seating for their friends. Plenty of room on the patio couches, egg chair and even the patio stairs for guest. Weber grill, bbq utensils and lots of spices are available for guest to make great memories. Corn hole, bad mitten and many more out door games as well as 2 cruiser bikes are available for guest

Access to the House-
When arriving please enter through the front door, keyless entry. There is a separate 2nd door to access the basement where there are 2 bedrooms, laundry room and large walk in shower. The basement door is located to the left of the patio stairs

PARKING:
The long driveway holds approximately 4-5 cars. If extra parking is needed, you can park on the opposite side of the street

The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park; slides, swings-
