At a cozy 1000 sq ft, this is the perfect spot to come back & rest after a night of Creole cuisine & live music! Perfect for squeezing a larger group affordably!



The Space:

Note: this house is on a busy commercial avenue that can sometimes be noisy. There are a variety of public vendors including food trucks that occasionally sell food and marketplace items under the overpass, especially on weekends in the spring and fall. If you are sensitive to noise and public events , please inquire about our other residential properties .



Guests enter through gate on the side of the house (Kerlerec St.). One, separate unit of a two-unit mansion. Private courtyard/patio. 5 bed + 3 bath, 1 common room with kitchenette.

Guest Access:

Street parking available on Claiborne or Kerlerec. House in located on Claiborne Avenue, one of the city's main commercial thoroughfares. Please be aware that car/pedestrian traffic can be noisy at times.



The Neighborhood:

A lot of action in this neighborhood. Second lines and gatherings often spring up out of nowhere and will enhance your experience of New Orleans traditions. Note that at times it can be noisy.



This is a bustling street that hosts a large walking celebration most Sundays. It's filled with street vendors, food, drinks and was started years ago to celebrate New Orleans Saint's WINS! We encourage you to join in on the fun! There is the potential for loud noise during :)



Getting Around:

Ubers and Lyfts are highly recommended.

5 min rideshare to the French Quarter

8 min ride to Canal Street

10 min ride to the Super Dome (Who Dat)

15 min ride to the Lower Garden District (Magazine Street Shopping, St Charles Ave sightseeing)
