This mountain-view charmer enjoys an unbeatable location close to restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. You are also within walking distance from the Dillon Amphitheater, the Dillon Reservoir, Dillon Marina, and Dillon Town Park. A short drive away, discover the Keystone and Copper Mountain ski resorts in addition to Breck and Vail.

Upon entering this family-friendly condo, you will discover a welcoming and bright open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area after an exciting tennis match. Turn on the TV and watch a fun show or movie while the gas fireplace keeps you nice and toasty. The living room opens onto a private balcony with impressive mountain and lake views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. When mealtime comes, surprise your guest with your cooking skills and prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer and board games. Upcoming updates to the flooring and bedding will take place to provide a more welcoming and comfortable stay, so please stay tuned!

on the add it stated there was an elevator but it didn't reveal that it only went to the 2nd floor and this unit was on the 3rd floor which was 19 jagged metal steps (for snow shoes in the winter) which were a challenge for my wife and I at 79 years of age. It also required us to carry our dog up and down since her paw was injured on those jagged stairs. The bedroom closet was filled with junk so we had little space for out suit cases and hanging clothes.We were not able to control the thermostat so we couldn't sleep well at night because it was too hot.We ended up leaving 2 days early due to these issues. We only asked to be reimbursed for one day rental but all we got was 50 and the run-around. I texted them about 8 times and they said they would get back to us each time but never did.

Absolutely AVOID Unless Things Change

The only good things to say is overall the condo was “clean” and ALMOST everything was good during what was supposed to be a two day stay. The biggest issue we had was there was dried blood on the comforter in the bedroom and the extra comforter in the closet. It took nearly 3 days to get any sort of appropriate response to this issue, we left a day early due to our disgust of having already slept in the bed with the dried blood. Once we finally received a response after me continuously following up days after, we were notified that we were being refunded HALF of the cleaning fee which they deemed “appropriate for the situation”. Whoever in their mind finds it appropriate to be a guest in a condo where there is dried blood on the only bed in the condo and only be refunded half of a cleaning fee has no business managing properties. Anybody coming from out of state I would avoid this place especially during peak seasons. We are local and thankfully were able to just cut our weekend short.

Needs improvement

While the condo was a nice place, the AC DID NOT WORK. The vents and ceiling fan had not been cleaned in A LONG TIME. No instructions on where to park/how to access the building. No keypads for the building doors, only the garage parking area. Keypads on the door next to the garage would have been nice when walking my dog.

Amazing property

We stayed at this condo in February for our trip to Colorado. We brought our small dog with us and we had a blast! There was a winter storm when we went, but we had no problem staying at our VRBO! There is a park across the street that we would take our dog to during the day. And we were snowed in for a day and there was a Mexican restaurant downstairs of our condo so it was easy access. Overall very well taken care of and amazing neighborhood. Would 100% book again!

Great view

We stayed with our dog and it had a beautiful view. We didn’t get a heads up that the elevator was out of service, so we had to climb 3 sets of stairs and then another set to the apartment, with our luggage and dog. We were out of breath! I will say the bed could use a little padding to it as it was very hard. It would have been nice to know the best place to take your dog to use the bathroom. The apartment was perfect for 2 people and a dog. We were able to hang out in the living room and play games at the table comfortably.

Great location

Property is local to ski resorts and Dillon Reservoir. There is a great park next to the rental, great for dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very nice condo in a very convenient location. One thing to note, while the elevator goes to the “3rd” floor, you still have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the condo. Also, the stairs are outside. Not a big problem, just not clear on the listing.

Perfection

This was such a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything I needed. The views were breathtaking and location was convenient and safe.

Beautiful views and quiet location

The stay would have been perfect except that the unit needs a blackout blind in the bedroom. There are lights outside the bedroom window that are not under the renters control and flimsy blinds that do little to block it out making falling asleep difficult. We communicated with the management twice and they did not ever get back with us with a resolution. Had we received any call back and resolution to this we would have given it 5 stars. The view was beautiful and the unit was clean and comfortable. Sleep is pretty important in a rental though so this issue impacted our stay and the lack of responsiveness of the management company was disappointing.
