Unidad de planta superior con vistas a la montaña y al lago. Junto al nuevo Anfiteatro Dillon de $ 8 millones para espectáculos de junio a septiembre. El mercado de agricultores de verano es todos los viernes en frente del condominio. Al otro lado de la calle está el Marina Park con senderos pavimentados que están abiertos en invierno y con acceso directo a la orilla del lago. Techos abovedados, pantalla plana y chimenea de madera en salón. WiFi gratuito y cable. Bañera de hidromasaje en el baño. Comedor asientos 6, barra de cocina asientos 3, mesa de patio asientos 4. Ski Weekend

This condo was perfect for a ski weekend! The fireplace was perfect to relax next to after a day of skiing. It was also a short walk to the Keystone bus stop which was perfect!

The view is amazing. The locations is great and the property management company was responsive. The condo itself is a little weird, outdated and could use some TLC but it’s fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful and the place was clean, large and had fun character. Our only complaint was that the oven was broken which changed our cooking plans. Originally, it said stove and oven were out of commission but turns out it was just the oven. A 10% refund was provided which was nice but a heads up would have been good as we planned to cook most of the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!!

Great Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time in Dillion and at the condo. The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home!

It’s not easy to find a rental like this that is also pet friendly but I just happen to check at the right time. Nice unit and has everything you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. The only issue was the road construction including paving of the road right outside our balcony. We could not sit outside and talk due to the loud noise.and the smell of tar. This went on for 2 days , from 7am- 7pm. When I called the property management company they stated they this project has been going on since May . It would of been nice to know this before booking the reservation. Everything else was great!!!

Great location

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck. It was easy check in process and check out.

Management(short term rental staff) unwilling to own their duty to train/supervise cleaning help, and to instruct owners on basic household maintenance.

Good location

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

Best views from a spacious deck

All the reviews are pretty accurate - the place is a bit dated and unusual but the view are fantastic and everything is very comfortable.

The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.
