Great stay in a cute place

We had a lovely stay in this spacious and well decorated apartment. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect location and space for my husband and I as we attended a conference. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway

The property was very clean. It’s in a perfect quiet location where everything is a short drive away. The check in instructions were easy to follow and so were the check out instructions.

Texas Speedway Weekend

Spent the night before the races. Went and found food and came back to relax. Perfect cute little place. My fiance thanked me for always finding such great places. We will recommend for sure!

Great stay

We traveled to Fort Worth for a quick weekend vacation. The process was made very easy for both check in and out. Any questions we had were responded too at a quick and efficient manner. Very happy with our stay.

The pictures are exactly how it looks. The good parts were you had plenty of space and it was very clean. It was a little frustrating that we were there for five days and had three bath towels so I plan on doing laundry. They didn’t have any additional blankets or pillowcases for the extra pillows. And there’s nothing around you so everywhere you go to eat or get a drink you have to drive. But it’s not far and there’s all kinds of good restaurants a short distance driving. The pillows were absolutely horrendous and so was the mattress. I probably could’ve taken the mattress via had our pillows been better they were like sleeping on a pillow you put on your couch for decorations. Also they provide you with only 4 Keurig coffee instants is all so take coffee.

Gorgeous place in a nice neighborhood.

This apartment is beautiful and very upscale. Husband and I stayed here for our 10 year marriage anniversary, and it was super nice. A couple of notes: The pictures are not that accurate, since the apartment we had only had a standing shower, not a tub. Also the oven tripped the breaker, and the toilet paper holder was broken - but those are minor issues we were easily able to overlook. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location was ideal. We got to everywhere we wanted really quickly and easily, and Magnolia was a beautiful spot to see.

Great stay for quick work trip

Overall, updated property with all the amenities for a comfortable one or two person stay. Really liked the interior updates, gated parking, and the overall interior space. Close to southside Fort Worth and Magnolia Avenue. Easy drive to downtown Fort Worth or TCU. Would stay again. Communication with property manager could be better but I attribute this to it being a new listing. Had to ask for check-in instructions 30 minutes before check-in and no check-out instructions were given. They responded great when asked, but just weren't proactive about it.

The Good & The Bad

The Good Property was clean, safe well decorated, had all the basic necessities, nothing beyond that. Parking was covered and gate access required at night.The BadAppears to be run by a property management company. They would not answer phone to return a call. Only communication is via text or email. Require you to sign additional contact in addition to VRBO.They do not tell you there is no elevator or that you can only park one vehicle until after you commit to property. Showed up at 2:50 and door would not unlock until 3:00 to enter property. They sent someone to work of the property while we were there for our 3 night stay.
