The Space:
Set beneath a beautifully, preserved historic home (owner-occupied upstairs), Enchanted Garden Studio offers a peaceful, private retreat with its own separate entrance and a true residential Nashville feel. Inside is one spacious studio-style room thoughtfully arranged to feel like a small home: a sleeping area with a queen bed and smart TV, a comfortable living room setup, and an open kitchen with a small dining area for easy meals and longer stays. A modern bathroom and in-unit laundry make the space especially convenient for extended visits, work travel, and furnished monthly rentals.
Step outside and you’ll find one of the studio’s best features—an abundant, luxuriant garden that creates a calm, inspiring atmosphere that musicians and creatives love, while still being practical and comfortable for couples or traveling professionals. Guests also have access to an indoor-outdoor dining area just outside the studio, plus a hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long shift or a day exploring Nashville.
