Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex.  A few miles North of Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining.  Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out.  A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. And if you head North, you will be in Scottsdale in about 30 minutes. So much to do and see. This is about a 40-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.

Pets are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

No Smoking Allowed.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.  Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am

BBQ:  Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment or remove pool cleaner or water leveler. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.

Trash is picked up on --- We have a concierge service to pull the cans to the curb for you. Recycle materials only in the Recycle bin. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged excess trash pick up.
