With 9 lakeview bedrooms, 3 full kitchens, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and an adorable boathouse apartment, there’s space and comfort for everyone—up to 28 guests. Whether you’re gathering for a reunion, celebrating a milestone, or simply enjoying time together, this home offers both room to connect and space to unwind.

Inside, you’ll find an inviting blend of casual luxury and comfort. The main level features a large chef’s kitchen, fully stocked for preparing everything from pancake breakfasts to full holiday feasts. Gather around the breakfast bar (seats 6) or the eat-in nook (seats 8) for casual meals, or dine together in the formal dining room with seating for 8. After dinner, the living room invites you to relax on the oversized leather sectional while taking in stunning lake views or watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
