Awesome lakeside hose

The property is located in a nice spot on the lake, dock was easily accessible, and the host was great. Great spot to chill with some friends. Would recommend.

Peaceful, relaxing, fun, with excellent communication and response from owners. This was our third summer vacationing here and as always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dock is wonderful with shaded areas, cool breezes, and great fishing.You will not regret picking this location!

Much needed get away.

DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The owner/ host was attentive to my questions and then came to introduce himself- to ensure we needed nothing. Highly recommend this awesome spot on the lake.

Relaxing week stay

This was our second summer in this house and it was spectacular! We love the multi-level decks, the dock with swing and kayaks, the view, and the quiet setting. The house has everything you could need and the owner is quick to respond and help with anything we asked. We definitely plan to return next July!

Perfect stay yet again!

This was our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! David really does think of everything and we had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Perfect location for the kids to swim and great fishing off the dock!

Loved the outdoor area!

Spent most of our time outside- outdoor area was AMAZING! There was a large boat parked to one side of the dock that was not in the online pictures- it did not affect our swimming area- but did affect the view of the lake when on the dock or deck. Host was very responsive during our stay- making sure we had everything we needed! We did have a little trouble backing our boat trailer down driveway- if you have a longer trailer, just be aware of this- It is challenging but not impossible. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful lake sude retreat!

Beautiful property in an amazing neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing. Friendly propert managers. Excellent amenities! Loved sitting on the patio in the evening with the string lights on and music playing on the outdoor speakers watching the boys cat fish on the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Happiness, joy and relaxation

We had a fabulous week! The house had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. We lived on the dock and wonderful huge deck. The breeze off of the lake made the warmer temperatures feel lovely. We had the opportunity to use the kayaks to explore the inlet and did some fishing off the dock. I would definitely recommend this great place to anyone wanting a peaceful, fun get away. We plan to return next year!

Wonderful Week at Lake Norman

My husband and 2 adult children enjoyed a wonderful 4th of July week on the Lake. The first night we were treated to a fireworks display that we could view from the deck. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great week including 2 jet ski pads for our use. The deck was so nice, there was shade on it almost all day, so I it was comfortable to sit out there and read all times of the day. My husband spent each morning enjoying is cup of coffee and the spectacular view. Our only complaint, which the homeowners can't control, was that with it being 4 of July week, the lake was very busy and a lot of boaters don't know how to stay 150 feet away from a dock, even with swimmers in the water. So, if booking for a holiday weekend, just be careful swimming off the dock and expect some bigger waves. Once everyone went back to work the water was much calmer for swimming and we had a great time spending the day swimming and jet skiing. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week. With both kids away at school or leaving on their own, spending family time with them is so precious to us and we were happy that we could spend it at your place. I almost forgot, what a beautiful neighborhood. Some of the homes were beautiful and it was so cool to see planes coming off the airfield and taxing down the street. If you are a plan buff, this is the place to be.

Lake Life is GOOD

We really enjoyed the property and the service David provided. Great location, view of the lake, and outdoor seating. The dock was great for hanging out, enjoying the lake view, docking our visiting family boat and the two jet ski ramps made the trip even better with our jet ski rentals.

Great Location!

We stayed from August 6 to August 13 2022. Wonderful location. Quiet and seclueded, but with direct lake access for our boat. The kids loved swimming right off the dock all week when we were not tubing. Wonderful overall value.

David was a great host; we had a very relaxing week. We hung out every night on the dock with the chairs and the swing. Beautiful views and a great neighborhood.

What a great to vacation!!! Amazing location with unbelievable views. Definitely will be my go to spot from now on. Direct access to the lake it’s amazing, the home is amazing as well. Many amenities to enjoy!! Davis is a great host who’s always on top of everything.
