Porch Paradise is a classic Southern-style home...absolutely stunning! Almost 1,100 sqft of wrap-around porch welcomes you to your retreat!

Once inside, guests are greeted with a warm, inviting foyer with access to the primary bedroom and the dining area. The large dining area seating eight is adjacent to the large, modern kitchen. The kitchen features Italian Tigerwood laminate kitchen cabinetry and slate counters! The fully stocked kitchen, flanked by eating areas on each end, is perfect for preparing all your meals. The kitchen opens to a light, bright family room with built-ins, comfy seating options, and a large TV. From the family room, there is access to the back deck, which is the full length of the house!

The primary suite features a king bed, a small seating area, and an ensuite bath, including a soaking tub, glass shower, and dual sinks.

Upstairs is the perfect bedroom level, just enough away from the hustle and bustle of vacation with 4 bedrooms. There are three king bedrooms upstairs and one ensuite bath. There is also a bunk room with a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids' sleepover. The other two king bedrooms are at the end of the hall and share a hall bathroom.

The lower level is perfect for fun and games! The lower-level game room features a large, comfy sectional with a big-screen TV and a game table with pool, air hockey, and ping pong all in one! There is a bar-height table for board games, cards, or meals off the grill!

Porch Paradise offers lots of outdoor seating - 2 dining tables for 6 each, loungers by the pool, and multiple other seating options on the wrap-around porch, fire pit, and pool! The new pool is a perfect spot to hang out during the day or for a quick sunset swim. Don't forget to pack for S'mores by the newly built-in fire pit!

The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
