All Anew Management check-ins are quick and easy. Drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including codes in an email the day before you arrive.

Anew Management Co follows local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a refundable damage protection deposit.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement at the time of booking.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Central air, laundry, hair dryers, coffee maker. Cable service and WIFI, with smart TV is included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to River Street and the downtown food and shopping. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or hop on the River Walk and take a long walk to First Street Beach.

PARKING: There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and you will have one designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided 24 hours prior to check in.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement will be collected at the time of booking.
