Stroll a third of a mile up the street and find yourself at the Snowflake Lift; or, wander two blocks across the river to enjoy Main Street's shops, restaurants, and breweries.
Whether it's winter or summer sports you're after, this condo provides a front-row seat to recreation, including access to a community hot tub and swimming pool. When it's snowing, race home on the beginner-level Four O'Clock Trail just across the street, or spend a day at the Breckenridge Nordic Center less than a mile away. Come warmer weather, you'll be blocks from the Riverwalk and the Blue River Bikeway, and less than five miles from the Breckenridge Golf Club.
Greet summer days outside on your covered balcony, a beautiful spot to sip coffee, take in a view of the mountains, and read the newspaper in the fragrant alpine air. In the afternoons, bring home steaks to sear on the gas grill and kick back with your favorite cold drink in hand.
The winter experience here is every bit as alluring, whether you're cooking hearty meals in the kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), playing board games at the dining room table, or watching movies on cable and streaming in the warmth of the gas fireplace. At night, sleep soundly in two bedrooms - each paired with its own TV and full bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
