Cozy and centrally located gated studio condo featuring air conditioning, a comfortable queen-size bed, a nightstand, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and a blender for making island-inspired drinks at the mini bar. The condo also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and provided linens. Step out onto the balcony furnished with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sunrise and the refreshing island breeze.

It was fairly clean. I would recommend having toilet paper and hand soap there. Maybe a few more sets of towels and wash cloths. Coffee pot needs up grade. We cleaned. Had to spray for bugs. But I would stay again I would be prepared.

Ease of getting around the island as the property is located center island. Property sits high enough for distant ocean view. Great ameneties of laundry mat and swimming pool on the property. The property with free parking is gated.

The property is well kept. It's private, quiet, and close to resturants, grocery stores, and don't have to worry about parking. It's your own little private retreat. Go ahead and book your stay. It's worth it!🤗

Beware

We were very surprised to find out The owner does not provide towels! In her defense the listing does not include towels as an amenity, so I guess we made a bad assumption. fortunately when we complained she did get towels to us. Furnishings are VERY minimal. There is a closet with hangers, but no other storage for clothing so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. There is only one chair in the living area and two stools in the small kitchen, which has a counter, but there is no table in the unit. The TV only gets Netflix. Also, the VRBO website does not show the correct location on their map. It is way off, so you need to search Long Reef condominiums for an accurate location. No fault of the owner, but due to lead in the pipes you cannot drink the water on the island.On a positive note, wifi and AC was good and the owner and property manager were very responsive to our requests. The grounds and pool are very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet.

Cozy and comfortable

I recently had the pleasure of renting this property and I couldn't have been more impressed! The unit was spotless and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail in terms of amenities and decor was impressive. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional property management. Nadia was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. 5 stars!

Great Stay

It was Valentine day week and as we entered there were balloons and rose petals , chocolate and wine in the refrigerator for us . The property is nice gated community and the condo looks just like what you see on line .The property management is very nice.
