HAVEN DAYS- FENCED POOL-SPARKLING CLEAN

A refreshing retreat to relax and unwind in this well appointed beauty, Furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind , consider this space to be your home away from home! The home has an open feeling, and spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light in throughout. The kitchen and family room are combined into one great room so the cooks in the house can remain apart of all the activity. There's plenty of counter space for preparing meals and seating at the breakfast bar. Or, start your day having breakfast at the table and soak in the beauty looking out the garden window. The bedrooms are also very spacious, and the unique skylights in each bathroom are a lovely sight. Each room has been designed to sleep 2 people. One king sized, 2 queens and a daybed( pull out the lower bed). All mattresses are selected for your pleasant dreams and comfort.We take great care to make sure the home is sparkling clean, and we want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible.
The pool area has a child safety fence to make for a safer stay for the little ones, as you access the play pool ( volleyball anyone?). Or relax on the patio or the lovely grassy yard. We have a Corn hole game, a mini golf and Little Tikes toys include children's slide, basketball, and activity basket. During the colder months, the in-ground spa spa is available to have heated for an extra feee ($40 October thru May) . Relax in the sun by the pool, or sit out and enjoy the stars and light the wood burning fire pit if you desire. Gas BBQ grill also available for your convenience.
A few minutes drive and you're on the I-17 or 101 loop which makes getting around super easy. 20 min to the Stadium or Scottsdale and other Phoenix locations of interest.

The entire home is available for your use. There is a remote control available for garage parking of 1 vehicle.
