The space
This cottage sits among the palms in Sandestin, a tranquil, gated community beloved by families, golfers, and beach-goers. Take morning walks to the tree-lined pool and putting green, and enjoy access (for an extra fee) to the Sandestin Tennis Club to practice your forehand. Some of Miramar Beach's finest sights are just moments away. Spend the day swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and come home to the gas grill for dinner, watch movies in the comfort of the central AC, and toss your bathing suits in the washer/dryer. Note: 3BR home however only 2 BR are available to guest. The 3BR is an office and not available. The home comfortably sleeps 4 or possibly 5 as the sofa sleeps one small adult or child comfortably. Since this is my primary home, there will be some owner items in some drawers, the closets, refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. The basic spices and condiments will be there for your use. Our guest will have ample space for your belongings for a week or less stay. Older dogs are welcome upon approval. Please crate your dog when not at home. There is one set up in family room for your use.
Guest access
This is a 3 BR home. Guests will have access to entire house except 1 BR which is locked as it is owners office space.
Other things to note
NOTE: There is space for 2 cars on pavers right in front of home. If you have more than 2 cars, you cannot park on the side of road. The closest parking for a 3rd car is in the overflow parking of Baytowne Wharf which is about 1/2 mi away. Leaving the car there and having another guest take you back and forth is the routine. Our neighborhood has strict rules about no more than 2 cars and the golf cart. Sorry for the inconvenience however plan your travel accordingly
