The Bungalos community is located on a private road in the heart of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®. This pristine neighborhood features single family homes, a private community pool, and a putting green just outside your door. This home comes with a 6-seat golf cart to live the resort life on your next vacation, with easy access to the resort beach, shops, restaurants and more.

This is a two story home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. On the first floor, you’ll find an open concept floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, and living room with comfy furnishings and flat screen TV. From cookware to room for group dinners, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a spacious screened porch and half bathroom to round out the first floor.

This bayside gem sleeps 8 comfortably with bedrooms that span over two floors of space. On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with king size, flat screen TV, and en suite bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds and private bathrooms. There is even a laundry room in the home for extra convenience.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida weather, enjoy the views from your screened porch or just steps away at the private community pool. This is the perfect spot to start your day slow with a cup of coffee or wind down as the sun sets.

Speaking of the shore, jump in the golf cart and take a quick drive to the private resort beach to enjoy the soft sugary white sand and turquoise water.
