Location to the chair lift was wonderful. Amenities such as plates, glasses etc was good but the pans were terrible and should be replaced. I find it really frustrating to rent a place that touts a kitchen but has absolute garbage cookware.

Great location

Great little condo. Ski right down to gondola. Gotta ski blue to get back though. Condo was well equipped and made for a great quick getaway. Communication was excellent. Parking in garage is extra $.

Perfect location!

The location of this unit was perfect! It was so convenient to walk right out the back door to the gondola and the shops. It was spacious, clean and the laundry room was next door. We will be visiting again!

Biking trip

To be honest needs upgrades pretty badly . Sooo hot no screens on windows so if u open them bugs come in . Mattresses were pretty lumpy ! I'm sorry to give a bad rating but just being honest . Did like location though

Annual anniversary getaway

This is the 4th different condo we have stayed at in winterpark resort. Convenient location and always clean and quiet. Wish the tv was a smart one and that it was a little larger. Of course we are there to enjoy the outdoors which we did but it’s nice to wind down sometimes at night with a little tv. Mattress was a little too soft for us but ok. Overall great trip

Wonderful place

Great room and location. It was wonderful to just walk out the patio and get on the lift. Everything worked great and furniture was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The company was very polite and wonderful to work with.

December 2022 stay

The staff that assisted with reservations were great to answer questions, help with external services and exceeded expectations. The room was a described and met our needs to be so close to the ski lift. The cleanliness of the room was not so great as there were multiple issues, such as wrappers, popcorn, and candy in the floor, hair in the shower drain, and if didn't appear that the bathroom sink had been cleaned. The staff at the front desk and of the facility were quick to let us know that they were not affiliated with my booking agency and ignored other guest requests. My son and I had to deliver a large package to an elderly couple because their staff would not complete the task after 2 days. Overall, we would book again and with your company. Thank you for your customer service.

Bike In Bike Out!

We came for a long weekend in August, and wanted to be close to the gondola for some riding. I think this is the only ski in/ ski out ground floor unit in the building? Being able to ride right off of our private deck to the slopes and back made things super convenient, and we're already thinking about coming back for some skiing. The unit had everything that we needed!

Best room on the Mountain!

This is the only truly ski-in/ski-out room at the base of the . The gondola is a few steps away as is Starbucks! The room had every thing we needed and is in great condition. The beds are very comfortable and there is seating for 4 at the dinner table. I would recommend this room for any group of 4 or less!

Truly Ski-In/Ski-Out - SO happy with this condo!

We stayed in Zephyr Slopeside lodge, unit 1215, in February 2022. The folks at Winter Park Lodging Co. were super accessible as needed and were very helpful before, during and after our stay. The condo was in great condition and very clean upon arrival. The bathroom is updated, furniture was comfy and the gas fireplace made it easy to enjoy cozy mornings and evenings. It was the perfect size for 2 adults (it technically sleeps 4, but it would be tight with 4 adults; 2 adults and 2 kids could definitely work though). The best part about this unit is that despite its being located inside a condo building, this unit is truly ski-in/ski-out - it might even be the only true ski-in/ski-out unit in the whole Zephyr lodge complex. We literally walked out our patio door every morning and right onto the tail end of the Corridor trail coming from the Mary Jane base area and skied ourselves a very short distance to the Gondola. Accessing the unit at the end of a day on the slopes was very convenient from the Mary Jane base - take Mary Jane to Corridor and literally ski right up to your patio! As a heads up, you can also make the short walk from the Gondola to your patio door if you take the Gondola down at the end of the day, otherwise it is a bit of a walk in/with all your gear across the Winter Park base area to get home after a long day. RFID access cards made it super easy to access the unit from both the interior corridor of the lodge and the back patio after a glorious day on the slopes. We LOVED our week in Winter Park, largely in part due to the loveliness and ski-in/ski-out factor of this unit. Highly recommend WPLC, this unit, and would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Ideal location!

We had a wonderful time, and the location of this property is the BEST. The ski in/ski out access was incredible. Everyone was so helpful, and the property was just as described. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great time in Winter Park and this condo was part of it. Can’t beat the location, Ski off the back porch right to the gondola and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this unit.

Highly recommend

Such a great place to stay!! The location was the best one at the lodge- ski in ski out. Super close to the gondola and within walking distance to everything at the ski resort. It made our snowboarding trip so much better. Condo was nice and clean- plenty of room for the 2 of us. Bed was super comfortable. Host was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed here this past weekend dec 2nd-5th. Literally such an amazing location-ski in ski out right by the gondola and main resort area. Right by the hot tubs. Super convenient and close to everything. Condo was nice and clean. Such a comfortable bed. Host was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice location

Small unit for 4 people, but we knew that going in. Adequate accommodations and very convenient location next to slope and hot tub. Only issue - no TV remote which made changing volume and channels annoying. Parking was a chore as well. Had to have room key and QR code to access. Unit itself was tidy and comfortable. Enjoyable stay.

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old. We told the owners and they had a sweet gift ready for him (a stuffed animal), which we really appreciated the thoughtfulness! The place was nice and the location was great. It was even close enough to the hot tub that we could put our 1 year old down for bed, go out the hot tub, and the monitor reached. One hour into being at Winter Park, we already decided we would be back!

Super convenient

Closest unit to he gondola. Nice and clean. It was one of the kids first days on the mountain. It helped so much that she could go relax after her lesson before going back out there in the afternoon
