The retreat is exactly the Sedona experience you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood outside the touristy buzz, and walkable to popular trailheads. After you're worn out from the days activities, the pool will recharge your soul. We stayed in winter and had the pool heated; which was truly warm- not just 'meh' warm- but really comfortable warm. The beds and linens are comfortable. Living space is generous with plenty of room for luggage and gear, and good for families wanting to 'spread out' and watch a movie. The kitchen is large with lots of countertop space, adequately stocked with everything you need. Tastefully decorated. No hassle instructions and owner was very friendly. Highly recommend

Beautiful home with great style and very comfortable beds. What we enjoyed most was the view of nature, so peaceful and private. The couch was extremely comfortable and cozy, perfect for sitting together as a family and enjoying quality time.The kitchen was fully equipped, even with tea, coffee, spices, and many thoughtful extras that we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

Family of 5 stayed late December. The house was great had all amenities you would need. Heated pool was great for December. We walked a block to a couple of hiking paths. Walmart does deliver to this house to make it easy having groceries arriving after traveling to get there. We would definitely stay again. We had no issues and the one question we had owners were very quick to respond.

Place and hosts were wonderful. Loved how close it was to broken arrow trail. Needed some help with the pool and soaking tub and response time was instant. Hosts truly wanted to make sure we had a good vacation. 10/10

Klaudia, Thank you for allowing us to use your home. We had been to Sedona several times before but this time we brought another couple for their first visit. The house was just as described and pictured, and the location was absolutely perfect for conveniently getting around Sedona--less than 5 minute drive to the Chapel of the Holy Cross or to the center of town. Grocery stores and the spectacular view from the airport were just a few minutes further and very convenient. The house itself was perfect for 2 couples--we had privacy when we wanted it and great community space to cook and play board games. Outside the pool was just great! We had it heated because we weren't sure how chilly it would be mid-November and it was well worth it. We loved the privacy of the back yard and hopping in the pool after a day of Pink Jeep Tours or a Grand Canyon trip. Communication was easy and Klaudia frequently but unobtrusively checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our visit. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this entire experience was one of the best! Thank you!

Amazing location!! We wish the pool had been a bit warmer. We didn’t get to use it much because it was a bit chilly during our stay. Super responsive hosts and a beautiful home.

So overall the house was clean and super cozy, the pool added the perfect atmosphere after a long day of exploring and site seeing. My complaint about this property is We traveled with our children on this trip. The children had the most fun in the pool and obviously we were aware of quiet times which were stated that started at 10 PM in the contract but I received a call from the host at 8:55 Ish stating that a neighbor complained that kids were screaming, and there was music being played. My kids were swimming in the pool and laughing and having a good time nothing excessive there was also no music playing. I was very taken back when I received this call. I immediately made the kids come in and put everybody to bed which kind of put a damper on the evening. Please be aware that although this house is nice and relaxing I would not suggest bringing children here for vacation.

Sedona stay

Overall the house was great! Clean and the pool was wonderful. The only thing was that we were not aware of the other cabin that is on the property that does have tenants living in it. It is separated from the house but the tenants do use the home’s garage for laundry. The garage door is locked. So they do not have access to the air bnb house. But it did affect how much privacy we felt we had. Other than that, the house had everything you needed. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was easy! We would stay there again

Great spot close to Sedona activities

Lovely spot - wonderful vacation

4 adults (2 couples) enjoying Sedona for the first time. It's now one of my favorite places in the USA. We really enjoyed the house's location and pool! Check in and out were super smooth and the house met our needs just fine. Didnt realize there wasn't a dishwasher. Not a deal breaker, but just FYI for others to be aware.

Prime location in sedona

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Sedona. The location was ideal, we had our parents , 2 children and an infant. The host was responsive and flexible. We were able to do an early check in! The pool was awesome surrounded by mountain views. Broken arrow trail was literally a few houses down but we were secluded from all traffic and people. We enjoyed being able to cook in a few nights and be only minutes away from everything! Definatley reccommend staying here!views.

Great retreat for family

We stayed during spring break when Sedona was particularly busy, but we really didn’t have to leave the rental to make the most of our trip. Hiking and mountain biking within a short walk, you can see the red rocks from the pool as well. Even though there’s some tree cover, we looked at the stars from the pool at night. The layout of the house was perfect, we all had enough space but not isolated from each other. Highly recommend!

Week in Sedona

Everything was great. Location was great for getting around Sedona. Great hiking trails just a short walk away. The pool area was great for the entire family. Lots of room for the entire family.
