Esta es una casa limpia y bien mantenida, nada lujosa, simplemente cómoda y está cerca de todo.
: golf, pesca, natación, tenis, baloncesto, mini golf, parque infantil, parques, restaurantes y tiendas, todo dentro de 5 a 15 minutos de la casa
La cocina está completamente equipada, muchas toallas y ropa de cama, sillones reclinables, 2 sofás en la sala de estar. Another Great Stay

Husband and myself stayed here for a month again and it was another great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Plenty of room for friends to join us without feeling cramped. Would highly recommend!

Our Harbor stay

Location, location, location….except the pool is demolished and being redone and the boat launch wasn’t open for part of our stay. Owners were super friendly and very accommodating. Had some plumbing issues and they were right on it….High traffic street, got used to the noise.

Fantastic stay

Everything was excellent ! The location; price; overall experience. The house was great, big, bright and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking item you would need. Enjoyed the beautiful back yard. A nice neighborhood and parks close by. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The owners where great and very easy to get a hold of. If I’m in the area in the future, I will rent this house again.

Quiet, Good Location

We have stayed in this rental for about four years now and are very satisfied with it. We like the quiet location, lots of streets for walking, heated pool down the road at the park, and central location to parks and wildlife areas for biking, walking and birding. The house is very comfortable with Dish TV, and adequate kitchen furnishings to make our meals there. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as a fresh seafood market about 10 minutes away. Will return again.

Nice area for walking

Four seniors stayed in this home for a month. It was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, although we needed to remove some items from the refrigerator and freezer to have room for our food. The street was rather busy at rush hour and is a major route for emergency vehicles but overall it was a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking and biking. Owners responded to questions quickly and checkin was easy with the electronic keypad. We will definitely return next year.

Family gathering

This home provided a wonderful place for our famiiy to gather the week after Christmas. We were able to enjoy numerous beaches and museums, and found options for seeing natural habitat. Since we had teenagers with us, we packed a lot in to our week from sightseeing during the day to playing cards and group games in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet, which allowed for early morning or evening walks. We enjoyed doing some of our own cooking and appreciated being able to use the kitchen and washer and dryer. The house was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed working with the owners and would like to visit again There' s not too many places where you can look for shark's teeth, and enjoy a hot dog roast at the beach on New Years Day!

Worked perfectly for 2 couples to get away from the snow!

Very nice, clean house that was fully equipped with kitchen items. Beds were comfortable with adequate bedding. Bring beach towels & beach umbrella of your own. Washer & dryer worked great. Biggest disadvantage was that there was no WIFI. Hard to find a quiet place with wifi in the town. Good location to use as base for traveling to bigger towns north and south. Took in the pool everyday ($3 each and 75c /hr to park) Owner has 2 three wheel bikes to use which worked out great. Perfect weather (80's everyday). All in all, it was a great place for us to stay while checking out the rest of Florida.

Quaint home, well maintained and clean. Fantastic neighbors, easy access to the main roads but off far enough to be quiet. Will definitely rent here again!

Awesome home in Port Charlotte

This house is extremely homie, clean and well stocked with anything you need. Jerry & Lynn are very helpful and respond quickly with anything you might need. They made us feel like family. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our first visit to Port Charlotte with this cozy house walking distance to the beach. Wonderful owners were always available and so nice. We hope to return.

Great location

This is a nice house with plenty of room. The location is close to Port Charlotte beach / Park. They have a pool there. Also it is close to Tamiami Ave. Tamiami is a main road and has everything you need. Three big bedrooms and bathrooms. Tv's could be upgraded but we did not spend much time watching. Would recommend for a family on a budget.

Simple Home

Jerry is terrific. He doesn't have so many rules like other places we've rented. The house is not fancy but it is very nice and homey. It is so close to all the stores and restaurants. Extremely convenient. My family will definitely stay here again when we need a place to stay.

Family Vacation in Port Charlotte

The house is a typical Florida CBS home. The house was clean and has updated appliances. The house met or exceeded all our expectations. The house is on a fairly busy street. The only downside was a little bit of a “fishy “ smell in the refrigerator. Would come back here again.

Rental property in Port Charlotte

The house was very clean and plenty of room everything you need for short stay or extended stay was there. I loved the area very close to anything you needed or wanted. I enjoyed the pool that was located 3 minutes down the road that also had tennis court and small beach area. I am looking forward to staying again next year.

Nice place to stay with family

We really enjoyed out stay here. The pictures are accurate and the house is very well kept. We had plenty of space for sleeping. There is everything you need for your vacation. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, and the kitchen has everything you would need. The back yard is fenced in, so the kids have a nice place to play. The house is located on a somewhat busy road, but is nearby to several stores and just down then road from a very nice park. The park has a full basketball court and a pool. You have to pay to park and to use the pool. It's around $2 a person for the pool and $.75/hour to park. The pool is located right next to the beach and pier. We were pleased to learn that there is a rec center located 10 minutes away in punta gorda. That has a large pool, with diving board, basketball hoop, and indoor basketball court. Overall, the only problem that we had was the central air unit stopped working and the owner has someone come the same day to fix it. We had children aged 9-17. We were very satisfied with the house and location. Also, the owners are easy to work with, helpful, and nice to talk to.

Nice Home would go back and use it again!

We arrived tired and were plesantly suprised by this home we booked, not only was it close to all the area had to offer but it was a well maintained and clean home located near the beach. It was a no-frills kind of place, but definitely had everything we needed for the week, including cooking supplies. I had a problem with the air conditioning unit and the owners had it fixed within three hours from when I called them! They were wonderful to work with. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

We purchased this home for our future retirement home. We really like the location because it is a quiet community and it's close to the water and stores.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We like the harbor beach because we have grandchildren and we don't have to worry about the danger of undertows and it is a nice white sand beach. We have often seen dolphin and manatee while there. And if you want the ocean beach it's only 1/2 hour to 45 minutes away. There are lots of things to do and it isn't as crowded.
