ENCANTADORA casa completamente amueblada en una ubicación tropical idílica para una relajación tranquila y aún con acceso a todo lo que desea para unas vacaciones perfectas. Gran pesca! Trae tu bote!  O simplemente pescar desde el muelle y disfrutar de la observación de aves. Solo unos 15-20 minutos al puerto de Charlotte en barco y rodeado de excelentes canales de kayak. Equipo de pesca y dos kayaks de calidad disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Si amas el agua y los deportes acuáticos al aire libre de todo tipo, este es el lugar perfecto para ti. Y las puestas de sol son preciosas desde la piscina!

Disfrute de la tranquilidad de nuestra casa recientemente renovada con una gran piscina climatizada enjaulada, 3 dormitorios, (king, queen, 2 gemelos) y 2 baños completos.
Cerca de Punta Gorda, Fisherman’s Wharf y la isla favorita de Boca Grande en barco o en automóvil. Me encanta este lugar porque nadie está directamente enfrente de la casa en el canal, ni a ambos lados de la casa, ¡por lo que tiene mucha privacidad!

• Totalmente amueblado, muy tranquilo y limpio, 3Bed / 2Bath / 1400 sq ft / Large PISCINA CLIMATIZADA
• Cocina moderna con muchos gabinetes y encimeras de granito. Genial para el entretenimiento! 
• Grandes armarios en cada habitación.

• Esta es mi segunda casa y está completamente amueblada con todo lo que necesitas.
• Muy sereno, sin tráfico, pero a solo 10 minutos de las principales zonas comerciales.
• ¡Muy cerca de Punta Gorda! Un popular local nocturno con excelentes opciones gastronómicas.

enjoyed our stay, amenties were good, but had to request pool heat be turned up, water temp was cold. Fan in bedroom did not work, but overall we enjoyed our time.

Serene and beautiful environment!The home is well equipped with basic cooking and bbq needs, even with spices in the cabinet. Everything works great. It was clean and no water damage noted at all, I am allergic to a lot of things and had absolutely no issues with carpet in rooms. The master king bed is super comfortable. The waterway is excellent for any boater looking for a quick cruise to the harbor-it's 12-15 minutes into Charlotte Harbour. Great and quiet neighborhood. The host is very receptive and answers at a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely keep this place in mind any time we return to Port Charlotte..:))

Beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful.Good fishing right from the dock and easy bay access 10/15minutes away with a boat. We caught hundreds of fish in the area.Kids loved the pool. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub.Location is excellent, 10 minutes by car to everyday shopping needs and to the bait shop.Listing is accurate and the host provided quick and efficient communication. Home was clean and stocked appropriately.Highly recommend this property for a lovely family get away.If we come to the area again I would definitely stay again.Thank you!

The home was as advertised: quite comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet -- just what we were looking for. And the owner provided plenty of useful information about the property and the surrounding area to visit. We enjoyed it very much and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Place

The house was wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and fishing on the dock. It was a very peaceful quiet place. The house was clean and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a place in Port Charlotte, this is definitely it.

Great place! Quiet, peaceful views of nature

The home is very clean, in a great quiet neighborhood. Watching the fish jump was a treat as I floated in the perfectly tempered pool. The host is very nice and responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

Respite from the Maine Winters

We had a great stay and looking forward to another visit next year. Port Charlotte is chocked full of restaurants and shopping. Most restaurants delivered as well so we could enjoy an already prepared meal poolside. Punta Gorda is close by and enjoyed eating out at Fisherman’s Village and the Crab Shack. Anga is a wonderful host. We didn’t lack for anything. Having a dock available for our 16’ fishing boat worked out perfectly. We fished almost daily and enjoyed our catches on the grill. When not fishing, we had fun exploring the canals. While the weather was a bit cooler than normal, we were able to enjoy the pool on occasion and we were quite cozy inside on those rainy days.

Paradise View

We booked this residence for Christmas 2023. It was everything we expected and more. We have stayed at many places in Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. This by far had the best backyard (pool, hottub, sunning deck, dock, view) of any place we have ever stayed. The house had everything we needed. The neigbors were great. Carol came over everyday with her golden doodle to play with ours. They had a blast. The cul-de-sac was very quiet. The morning coffees outside and the night time in the hot tub were two of our favorite things. The sunning deck was amazing. We saw many fish and a dolphin from the dock. The privacy on the canal with no houses across from us was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my son and his partner. Property was just as advertised. Loved the quiet residential location. Pool was larger than I'm used to in Florida and that was great. Did a lot of fishing in the canal and caught multiple species - shark, black drum, snapper, sheepshead. I would suggest bringing your own fishing equipment. One note - it would be nice to have some more beach towels for the pool as there was only one in the house. Anga was terrific about answering any questions immediately and was very helpful. The neighbor was very nice. Thirty minute drive to the beach wasn't ideal, but it was very doable. I would most defnitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We picked Anga’s home as a place to escape to and we did just that! After a 24 hour drive we checked in no issues were able to unpack and relax. Her home was very inviting and clean. With beautiful pool canal views! Anga was very helpful and quick to respond when questions came up. She also gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see! We loved our stay and hope to be back some time soon!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was very clean, although the sheets on the twin beds had spots on them. So we just opted to buy and use our own sheets. All the others were fine. We really enjoyed using the pool and the kayaks. The neighbors were nice. And the whole neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. So we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Out of the cold

The house was lovely! The pool was beautiful! Whatever brand the king sized mattress is, I need to know! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Every detail was considered and we enjoyed our time there. It is a residential neighborhood, so no nightlife without a bit of travel. We went to escape the gray skies of March and returned refreshed!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The property had everything we needed to have fun! A heated pool, a hot tub, kayaks, and a canal and dock for our boat! Caught some nice fish from the dock, too! Very quiet neighborhood added to the peace!

Relaxing Christmas

Once the weather warmed up we enjoyed the nice size pool until then we used the hot tub. The view is very nice and the dock is great. Unfortunately our boat was not available to use this trip. My family used the kayaks to go watch the sunset over the canals. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very nice and good communication.

Great property and loved the kayaks

The house was great, clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient and the fishing dock and the kayaks were a favorite with the family. Will stay here again if we get the chance. My nine-year-old son liked it so much he wanted us to buy the house!
